A grin appeared on the face of April, as she looked back at the car and heard a cry of pain echo thorugh in her head. She really had forgotten how good it felt to feel the surge of adrenaline pump through her veins. The loser shouldn't have taken her to his car after all. You were asking for trouble if you did, right there anyway. Too bad he didn't take her to his house and had decided to 'take' her then and there. As if she was stupid.
The only advantage it would have had if he HAD taken her to his apartment, was that she could see it burn, as it was a lovely sight to her. Sadly it didn't happen and she was back here, at L.A. Fever to work some more and maybe, just maybe kill some more people. The demon that changed her to what she was today, was nowhere to be found and she was beginning to think that he had forgotten about her, in which case, she would need to find someone else to get orders from, which wasn't something she looked forward to. What she did look forward to, was that it would give her some more money to spend and that was never a bad thing.
Was she evil? Maybe she was, but there was nothing wrong with that, was there? A smile crept on her face and she lazily leant against the counter, as an all too drunk girl ordered some exotic fruity drink, that was probably way sweet and would end with her getting into somebody's bed. Well, if she wasn't working, she would probably do the same thing. But, she was working, so she couldn't use that strategy. "Sweetie, lower it up, if you get too drunk, things might go ugly." She said, in her sweetest voice. The girl just glared at her and April chuckled. "You're decision, honey." She said, as she gave the drink and moved on to another customer.

The badness of being sixteen years old; you have to wait in the car. It wasn't like she looked it, she could probably slip in for a little while. Xzavier had gone in to talk to some demonic connection or something and Lana stayed in the car like a good little defensless puppy. Her earsphones were in, a nice long coat covered her for warmth and the smell of burning was caught in her nose. She just had to be patient. Wait! Burning! With the scent, she looked around herself. There wasn't exactly any smoke around, only darkness. But then she turned and found it, smoke coming from a slightly open window of the car near her. Apart of her wanted to just stay in the car until Xzavier came back but that would be extremely pathetic. Opening the door, her long light brown coat dangling by her white pants and black heals, she shut it and looked at the car. Smoke whistled out, but it wasn't just smoke. Something - really weird was burning.
Getting to the car, she tried to look through the window but it was either covered in soot or highly tinted. Damn Lana! She went on gut reaction and opened the door. Swinging it open, she screamed almost instantly. A hand hung out of the door, a body with blood running through cracks of charcoal over his body. She screamed loud, a hand to her mouth as she ran towards the club. There were bouncers but luckily she was small enough to dart in between them as they yelled after her. Once in, she inspected for a moment before seeing the bar and running to it. ''Hey! There is a guy that has been murdered in a carpark. He is burnt all over his body''. She didn't cry. She was a bit too exhilirated right now. But she yelled this to the bartender; and didn't look to enthused.
''Can you call 911?''. She yelled over the music, feeling a bit light headed actually. Where was Xzavier? She wondered if he knew, but then Lana looked to the bartender and reached and grabbed her by her hand. ''I'll show you it!''. She said, feeling kind of alone and scared at the moment. Ironic when your in a club. She was only going to get worse though. Because Lana had no idea what so ever that this bartender was a demon, and had killed that man. A little bit awkies, right?

April heard shouts and looked up, as a couple bouncers came after a girl. "It's okay. She's with me." She decided to call, before looking at the girl, almost immediately knowing what she meant. Damn it.. did she see anything? If that was the case, then she needed to kill her too, not that she was looking forward to it, she looked.. Nice.. Somewhat innocent, but still nice. "Hey, calm down." April said, as she looked at one of the bouncers. "Cedric, you cover for me?" The guy nodded and April looked back at the girl. "Come on."
One thing April knew for sure, was that there was no way she was going to lose her job, because a girl had - maybe - seen her kill somebody. So, she was going to play the nice and innocent bartender, hoping there wouldn't be a hunter involved in this all. If that was the case, she might have to kill that hunter too, which meant, she'd have the other hunters on her tail as well. In which case, she would have to leave LA again.
"Just tell me, did you see what happened?" April asked the girl, as she walked outside, knowing the girl would follow her, as she decided to wait a little on calling 911, until she 'saw' it for herself. Jeez, she caused this. No need to go back to the crime scene she had created. It wouldn't show her any remorse if that's what anyone was after. She was past that.. way past that.

Her heart was pounding like a hammer. A sledge hammer, like Thor's. She was freaking out and it wasn't like it was her first dead body. But this was horrible. The guys entire body was engulfed with charcoal, blood leaking from the lack of covering. She was tearing slightly, breathing heavily as she followed the bartender who was surprisingly calm. It wasn't natural; it had to be a demon. Vampire's could do a lot but burning someone alive, no. A demon could do anything, so she moved across the parking lot with the woman as she wanted to check it out. She asked her if she had seen what happened. Thank god she didn't, and it kinda sucked that she didn't too. It was good because she wouldn't be scarred, but she would have been able to ID the demon to Xzavier. Speaking of...
"Uh - no. No I didn't. But my cousin can help, he is inside somewhere. He kinda - knows how to solve things like this. But who would do this?". She asked as she moved towards the car. The door was still ajar and she was meeted by the smell of the burning flesh again. Looking in, she looked for a split second before moving away, getting out her cellphone. Whatever did this would pay! She didn't like getting involved in this stuff, but she would make sure that she would help the Brothers kill whatever did this to that man. He called Xzavier to find where he was, and he picked up. She couldn't keep her voice down, and it would seem strange she would call her cousin before calling the cops but Xzavier would be more help here then the authorities.
"Xzavier! Um - I found a dead guy in the carpark. No, no I didn't see what did it. I'm going to call the cops but get out here. Whatever did this couldn't be too far away". She spoke into the phone as she kept her back turned to the woman. She wasn't quiet, and a bit distraught, but she wasn't taking into consideration that she probably sounded crazy at the moment. Would the tender care though?

April soon realized that this girl must have some sort of idea what she was. Especially by the way she was looking at her. It probably had something to do with how.. calm she was. Well, not calm, calm.. She was good enough at acting, to at least seem a little bit distraught, but how could she be when she was already planning this girl's.. unfortunate death? She looked at the body, then brought a hand to her face and looked away, as if trying not to throw up. The smell, she knew, was the worst. So, if she had been human, she would probably really have thrown up.
When the girl said she hadn't seen anhything, April felt relieved, as it meant she was still in the clear. "Come on.. Let's go away from the car, okay? I think I might be getting sick if we're not, because it really is terrible what happened.. The cops will find who did this, I know they will." She said, lowering her hand before her mouth and placing another on the girl's shoulder, as if she wanted to reassure her. "There are some sightings of a pyromaniac in town, but i doubt he or she is able to do this.. To murder someone.."
When the girl spoke into her phone, April got why she sounded like that, even though she had turned off her own feelings, didn't really mean she didn't get other's. So, here she was, looking at the girl, with some sort of fake reassurance in her eyes. The sooner this was over with, the sooner she could plan her next move. She HAD to be more careful next time.

Lowering the phone, Lana wrapped her arms around her as she glanced at the body. She finched as she looked at it, and the blood flooded from his eyes. It was horrible, and it wasn't right. Lana kind of wanted to find what did it and stop it, but what could she do? Surprise it by disappearing in pretty lights. She had to be practical and not proud in this situation, so she was up for calling the cops. The bartender theorized about some pyromaniac in the city. It wasn't it, she knew what it was but he mouth was shut. Looking to the woman, she shook worriedly as she pondered. "Well, I guess we should call the cops then, right?". She didn't smile, but just rose her hand again. Slowly, she punched in the three digits that someone would think would make everything better, but it wouldn't. It was really time for an Evans family meeting.
Putting the phone to her ear as she pondered, she looked down. It was then that she saw it, and it explained everything. This woman was far too calm, and seemed to really react to the body. Some would say over react. Now in front of her was evidence on the woman's arm; soot. A charcoal-like smudge on her forearm. The girl hadn't touched the body, and Lana actually checked her hand that she opened the door with just in case their was soot on the handle. Nothing. It was this bartender, and the hunter logic inside her popped. It made so much sense now. The operator rang in her ears as she stared down. "911, what's you emergency?". Looking slowly up to the girl, after a second she replied. "There - There's a body in LA Fever carpark..... And a suspect". Lana said as she hung up, lowering the phone as she glared at the woman.
"It was a nice ploy, I must say. A little mistake that you failed to clean up. Sloppy hunny, just sloppy". Lana said as she glared at the woman, a smirk on her face. She might regret this, but Lana then clenched her fist and swung it at the girl. A right hook from a sixteen year old fairy was being sent at the girls face. See, this was where being a fairy came in handy. You have no problem at the bottom of the pyramid and being a potential hunter, she had some brute strength to work with. Basically being a fairy gave Lana enhanced strength, so this would help since she was chucking a punch at a vampire, or witch, or demon, or whatever she was.

"Right." April said, unconvibced they would be able to do anything, but not wanting them on her ass either. So, she looked at the girl, who understandably looked very out of it. She probably never saw a dead body before, or simply not the way it looked like here. But, even then, she wasn't too worried. So, she patiently waited for the girl to dial the number and get it over with.
When she saw the girl look down, she too noticed it, but knew it was too late. The guy had grabbed her arm at the last moment, trying to stop her, but she shrugged him off, leaving a smudge of soot on her arm. Damn it. So, when she heard her say that there was a suspect, she had to withstand her mouth to drop. "A suspect, really?" She asked sarcastically, as she looked at her in a mocking way.
She then rolled her eyes and balled her hands to fists. "On who's end of the story is that?" She asked, right before she received a hit to the face and stepped back. Okay, NOW she was asking for it! She thought angrily. "You know, if you hadn't done that, I might not have to hurt you.." She said, as she made a small flame appear in her hand, as a smile came on her face and regained a calm expression in her hazel eyes. "Now you simply leave me no choice.."
She willed the flame to grow bigger, as she looked the girl in the eye, still 100% calm. Who would miss this girl after all? Well, probably someone, but at least she was in the clear then. "I actually liked you. Too bad, really too bad.." She shook her head and threw the flame at the girl, as it soon became bigger. She loved flames and fire. It gave her power, and she liked it.

As she lowered her arm, she wasn't sure if it was something she would regret. The small figment of 'hunter' in her mind told her to hit her again, but the 'fairy' in her told her that she was in deep shit now. Hitting a demon or whatever she was, no matter how much she deserved it was a big no-no for Lana. She wasn't like other hunters, no, she had special powers. But if these powers can go up against something like this is to be determined. Right now the odds weren't on her side because she had phased the woman but that's it. Who knew what she had under her sleeve besides soot marks? ''So burning people alive? That's your thing. You - my sweetie - are one very sick puppy''. She smirked as she took a step back, her fist up and ready. If only she knew how to properly use them then she would have a bit or luck. Right now, she had glistening against what seemed to be a pyromaniac she-demon. How much fun does that sound?
Then from the woman's hands, sprouted a huge flame. It grew as she taunted Lana, and Lana's hands dropped as she took a step back. Wow, it really was fire. Couldn't be a fun devil's touch or anything? She wanted to taunt the girl back, try and show her she wasn't scared. But then she probably really would kill her. Lana literally gulped and saw the flame got shot towards her. A gasp escaped her mouth in fear as she threw up her arms to protect herself, but then she felt it. The warmth coming from her, pink light radiated from her chest as she then disappeared in rays of pure pink light. The flames smothered nothing as Lana found herself now behind the demon, her arms still up. It was then she realized she was alive, and thanked god she was a fairy.
Trying to be quick on her thinking, she gripped the shoulders of the woman from behind. This had better work, otherwise the next time a cloud of fire was shot at her face; she might not be so lucky. With a grip, she grunted as she ripped the woman from behind, intending to swing her onto the bonnet of the car holding the burnt remains. She really, really hoped it worked now. Otherwise she wouldn't get out of this. I know what you're thinking, why not just glisten away? Lana was considering it but if she didn't stop this demon then who would. What if she just went and killed someone else. She couldn't let it happen as after her attempt of swinging, she spun and tried to put distance between her and the girl, her hair whiping as she faced her again. To put distance between them or not was something to be considered. Closer the chick could knock her brains out, the further is where a long-range fire attack could come in. She just hoped she could glisten fast enough.

OCC: Sorry for the wait!
April laughed in a sarcastic tone, as she looked at the girl in front of her, not at all impressed by her big words and her powers. "Honey, you don't know who you're dealing with here, do you?" She asked, slightly teasing her, on purpose. She felt like she was going to have real much fun, just playing with her. When she took a few steps back, April really started laughing, noticing how.. scared the girl almost looked. Poor little.. fairy? When the girl disappeared and appeared again, it was her turn to be confused. She'd never dealt with fairies before and this girl seemed to be one of a hunter race, too.
Slowly the flames disintegrated and April made a slightly annoyed sound. If she was a hunter, she couldn't kill her, because that way she'd half half of the hunters on her ass.. again. Well, then once more.. What else was new? No, don't think like that. Not, now that you've had the fun of meeting Reginald. That guy was totally worth hanging out with. So, she couldn't be defeated. She couldn't!
When the girl grabbed her by the shoulders and threw her onto the bonnet of the car, she let out a surprised yelp, then held her eyes closed, with a slight grunt at the immediate headache, of where her head hit the car. She however, was positive, she couldn't just lie here and hope for the girl to go away, because she most definetly wouldn't. So, she opened her eyes and got off the car, standing a little shaky on her two feet and with eyes that wouldn't focus. She then immediately let out a new fire, burning some of the pavement and a few nearby cars in the process, but not hitting the girl, at all.

I set fire to the rain, Watched it pour as I touched your face. Let it burn as I cry, And I heard it screaming out your name...... ..... Your NameLooking at the girl as she toppled over the car, Lana faced her once again with anger in her mind. She was okay, and she was going to be. She had the upperhand and she was an Evans right? Kicking ass and taking names was in the blood. Though that really didn't explain her brothers then. She stood strong, her blonde hair licking in the wind as she glared towards her. It was a matter of what to do. Fight or run? It ran through her mind and if she ran, then all of the demon world would know that the Evan's boys' little cousin is a fairy, and she wasn't ready to die. She had to do something otherwise she would never be safe, and the dent on the bonnet of the car showed that she could do something to her. As Lana went to step forwards, fire sproated from the pavement. It wasn't a candle light this chick dealt with. It was like invisible dragons shooting flames around Lana, just not touching her though. Like it was rounding her up.
She spun, looking as patches of gravel and cars lit on fire, she looked back to the woman. Why was she trying to encage her and not kill her? It made no sense and just a minute ago she tried to deep fry her. She just had to be strong, and looking at the girl she knew that kicking her ass was definitely going to make her night. ''Here we go....''. Charging forwards, she sprinted towards the car and leapt. Her foot hit the trunk of the car and shot towards the demon. She spun in the air and found her foot swinging towards her face as she fell through the air. Three years with the Detroit Fairies has definitely paid off but she wasn't cheering, she was hunting. And she kind of liked it. And I set fire to the rain, Watched it pour as I touched your face. Let it burn as I cry, And I heard it screaming out your name....

OCC: Haha, yeah, I totally love that song. OCCC: Is this scene almost finished or did you have anything in mind?
The vieuw in front of her, was vague and unsharp, but April wouldn't let that get to her, if it got to her, this girl could kill her and she wouldn't die. She didn't turn into a demon to die. Because if she died, wouldn't the deal with her family be off? Wouldn't they go back to having only a little bit of money? She couldn't let that happen, it wasn't fair. Then what choice did she have? She could run? If she ran, wouldn't the girl come after her? Well, she wasn't a coward, but she knew she didn't have the upperhand of this fight either and that sucked.
When the girl jumped up, April blinked a few moments, until she felt a kick against the face and let out a soft groan, before grabbing the girl's foot and throwing her toward the pavement, as the fire had extinguished again and as she found back her footing, she made up her mind. "Honestly, it's been nice, but I think I'd better go." Screw her job at the bar, she still had her job with Reginald.

Lana felt a surge of success as her foot grazed over the girl's face, and she felt herself falling. Wow, maybe she really was an Evans. Bobby loved killing vamps with vines and Dylan was a werewolf; violence was a natural instinct for him. But for a bit, Lana could have convinced herself that she was the one who was adopted. But now as she kicked her, she felt powerful. Well, that lasted for like two second then. This demon chick whatever was no princess, she was able to get hit and catch Lana's foot within seconds, and scared the shit out of Lana. Lana grunted in worry in mid air as this chick tossed her away. And it was no girlie-strength going on here. Lana shot through the air and hit the graveled ground. Her legs hit first, causing her to topple across the ground until she hit the door of the car, causing it to dent as she fell to the ground in pain. That really didn't feel good at all.
Lana hissed in pain as she looked at her arm. Her leather jacket was ripped and a large cut was apparent on her arm. It leaked red ropes down her elbow as she then looked up at the girl. She was going to leave, and Lana was really cool with that right now. Looking around, Xzavier was nowhere to be seen. This seemed to have grown deeply out of proportion, so she knew she had to go. "Good idea". She growled and then glistened out. Pink light emulated from her body and she disappeared in the magenta rays. She reappeared in her room, slamming the door closed and putting a towel to her wound. She hissed in pain as she sat on her bed, and then knew that she had just lost her first fight in Los Angeles. Great going! Looking to her phone, she didn't hesitate. Dialing his number, she held the phone to her ear, hissing in pain. "Gabriel? It's Lana. Can I come over, please. I - um, really need to talk to you". She sobbed as the now red towel dropped to the floor.
