April raised her glass as well and laughed at what he said. "I already do." She said, as she couldn't help but blush ever so lightly at his wink, and the look he gave past her figure. One of the main reasons that she had wanted to dance with him, had also been, because she had let her eyes wander. And she had liked what she had seen. "But, you're right. To darkness." She then took a sip too.
The way he spoke f his daughter, made her realize that he was right. She had little to no experience with empaths or psychics. "I will keep that in mind." She told him. And she would, even thoguh it wouldn't immediately become easy. Especially not with the image she already had of the woman he spoke of. She laughed at what he said. "I don't care about wealth. But I can see people caring about it as much as those you describe. And it would be fun to corrupt them."
April nodded at what he said and smield as she took his hand. "It is good knowing I have little to worry about. And shopping is never a burden. I'd love to go to dinner, as means of celebration and we just need to wait and see about that, don't we?"

Reginald rose from his seat and held his hand out to the young woman, "Well shall we go to dinner?" he offered as they finished their drinks and he caught sight of the time, "We want to make sure we get the best table after all." he shifted through the crowd now that their private discussion was over with, "If its one thing I can safely say its that its not hard to like my daughter so long as you don't come in with preconcieved notions. I think being around her brothers and myself rubbed off on her somewhat. You'll see when you meet her. She's quite the charmer. There is a reason I want to keep her home. I am honestly worried that girl could cause a riot if she actually was aware of what she could do."
"Kyra Chaimberlain and Wes Hunter are ripe for corruption. They ooze it from their pours. My daughter fears the girl more than the boy but then the girl is more devious so she says. She just got a very "bad vibe" from them. Something set her on edge. Marina was so scared she actually hugged me. She hasn't done that since she was 10 and my daughter can charm her way out of damn near anything when she isn't just verbally slapping people into their place like a mac truck."
He lead her out to his limo and the sped off into the night to dine to their hearts content. Who knew what the night held in store when you had two demons plotting to get ahead at others expense?

April finished her own drink as well and then rose as well, graciously taking his hand, while doing so. "That sounds good, to both." She said, with a smile once again on her face. Getting the best table was surely not something to go unheard for her. She liked a gentleman, someone who treated her like he actually wanted her. She meanwhile nodded, as in letting him know she would listen to that piece of advice.
"Well, if they are so willing to give in to the darkness, the only thing that needs to be done is give them a nudge in the right direction, don't you think?" April asked, not sure if she should say anything about the way Marina had acted around that Kyra girl. She had never heard of those names before, but she was sure a lot was actually going to change.
Once in the limosine, she really felt a lot would happen in the future. Maybe even tonight, who would know? She liked the idea of them wowking together and plotting other's demise or turning point was always fun, of course.

Reginald took her hand and nodded to her, "If either of them try to hurt my daughter I'm sure Trenton will rip their spines from their bodies and feed them their own entrails. And assuming that that wasn't enough I'd make them into an incubus and succubus respectfully and spend an eternity torturing them." Reginald's eyes grew dark as he thought about his sons and how he had had to dispose of them in their quest to harm Marina with various delusional schemes. Once she was settled into the limo it took off in the direction of the poshest restaurants and he showed her a night on the town, wining and dining her in high style before they returned to his home and watched the sun rise after a night of heated passion and exchange of ideas. Finally after the sun had rose they retired to bed and slept the peaceful sleep that comes from like minded people. Reginald felt this was a very promising beginning to a long term relationship. This boded well for his future plans. He made sure that April had access to a credit card, limo and cell phone when she rose and they finally decided to join the rest of the world. Reginald kissed her and went to his job to sign paperwork with a wink and satisfied purr. The End
