She climbed out of her limosine as the driver opened the door for her, smiling softly towards him. Stepping out in her porcelan-like heels, she waved her jacket softly as she begun walking towards the door of the shop titled 'Charms N Thangs.' She thought it was such a tacky name, but she didn't have to work inside there, so it really wasn't any of her concern. She just...Expected, that being one of the great Brothers Trinity, that Everette would at least work somewhere more...Fortunate? Pity, really, they had potential, but when they threw themselves into jobs like these, it really left nothing to the imagination. Though, she suspected that this wasn't just a standard magic shop, and there was more to it. After all, a skilled witch who worked at a magic shop? Wasn't purely coincidence, obviously some sort of brewing occured within these walls.
She opened the door, walking in softly as she heard the tacky bell ring upon stepping inside. She rolled her eyes softly as she worked further in, glancing around at all of the shelves containing books, magical supplies and other peculiar things. After picking up one of the more 'peculiar things,' she put it down abruptly, losing interest as she walked further in, hoping to have caught Everette on a day he was actually working here, or at least spending his leisure time here, as she suspected he would more than occasionally.
Stepping up to the counter, her heels clicking against the floor below as she approached, still looking around curiously. She leant on the counter, tapping her foot softly as she began to reach the stages of impatience. She wasn't one to enjoy waiting, she made other people wait, but people always made the conceited effort to approach her as fast as possible, as they knew what would happen when she was left waiting. Obviously Everette was too unsophisticated to realize this, but he would soon know her presence, one way or another. "I don't understand how any business is done here..." She muttered softly under her breath, as she got bored and decided to roam around a little more. Maybe the other half isn't as boring as the first half. She came across some books, opening up one of them and scanning the pages. They were certain spells, looking rather basis to her, but obviously something these kids read in their spare time. And these were the witches who defeated Selena? Hell must have been unleashed, or something. Oh wait, it was.

He was prepared to deliver some bitch slapping. He had the store fixed up, his wounds had healed, his brothers and him had bonded and life was finally starting to look sweet again. But when it came to senseless and stupid things like this, he would kick a child. Some woman wanted to know if using a blue candle, she could create the Frozen Flame. The Frozen Flame was the changing of fire lights to a blue flame, and whoever it burns gives good luck. Ev had to try and reason that having a blue candle doesn't give you the power of the Frozen Flame, it is a ritual on a Blue Moon. But this bitch was persistant. Luckily, Ev was able to get away for a bit and moved around the counter to serve. But when he got to that register and realized who it was, he himself froze like the Frozen Flame. ''Welcome to Charms N' Thangs! How are y-''.
Ariel. The bitch that shot his bird, tried to kill him and his brothers and not to mention - helped Selena open a portal to a hell dimension, nearly killing all of them. So no, he wasn't on Team Dawson but he knew better then start a scene in the store. But he couldn't let her stay, even though he was sure he could maybe kill her and make it look like a crazy coincidental accident. He gripped the edge of the counter, biting his lip as he looked at Ariel. ''Ariel, what a surprise? Coming all the way down here from the broken remains of Hart Enterprises just to get your ass kicked by me. You really know how to please a guy''. Giving a smug smile, he slowly drifted his hand under the counter to try and find a special something. Something strong, lethal and handy. A gun! The manager kept one under the register ever since they were attacked by Gorgons at work, but that was a really wacky Spring Break.
''I don't know why your here or what you want, but leave. When I look at you, I feel sick because you worked for that bitch on your own free will. I hope you have fun, Ariel''. Letting go of the gun, crossing the compatiment silently, he then walked away from her. The other cashier was back from break anyways, so he could go restock out back. Walking passed the manager, he headed towards the back. But seriously? Ariel? She actually had the nerve to come to him for something. It was daytime so vampires were off the fighting menu. He shouldn't worry. No, not at all. Unless she was following him..

She finally heard movement in this place, when she was beginning to think it was abandoned or something, as she turned and smiled to see Everette was standing there, looking rather startled to see her here. "Oh please, do finish off your signiture line. Well, to answer the question you were going to ask, I'm pretty good, until I walked into this shabby old place. Do you actually work here?" She chuckled to herself softly as she walked slowly back over to the counter, still eyeing Everette. He was obviously still holding a grudge against her. He needed to realize that their little battle was done and over, there was no need to dwell on the past, as it appeared this young man was doing right now. Part of being a good business-person was focusing on what lies ahead; even if it involved consulting with one of her enemies.
She smirked at his comment, she really did admire his tone and nature. "Ooh my, and here I was thinking you were the polite one. I like you, maybe I was too quick to judge you, though please do send my apologies to that bird of yours, what was its name? Chicken-wing wasn't it? It was just business, after all, no hard feelings." She continued to keep the smirk pressed onto her lips as she once again leant on the counter, still focusing her attention on Everette. She was kind of disappointed in coming here, she was expecting some kind of warm welcome, but she got nothing. She really didn't like being treated this way, it was also terrible customer service. Who honestly comes here?
She decided to respond to his comment finally. "Everette...If I wanted to come here and fight you, I would have blasted your head in already. Unlike you, it seems, I am more focused on the future and what that brings for you, me, and everyone else. You may not like me, but you will learn to agree with me." And more with the insulting comments and poor customer service? She was terribly disappointed in this place, here she was having such high hopes. "We do things we aren't proud of when the money is right. Though I was proud of everything I did, Selena on the other hand, did take things a little too far for my liking. Which is the reason I am here. I thought coming to you would be more appropriate than the other two, as you appear to be the more reasonable of the trio. You see, Selena did more than just try to end the world as we know it. There are...Creatures among us, powerful creatures which were unleashed from that portal which unfortunately endanger us all. Consider this a scratch my back, I'll scratch yours kind of arrangement?" She smiled firmly, confident that Everette would see things her way. After all, he was all about protecting the world, and as much as he may hate her, he would hate even more the idea of powerful creatures destroying the world and hurting innocents.

Yeah, this definitely wasn't the most brightest day of Ev's life. He had had many downers, but since Kyra killed Selena and Hart Enterprises was hopefully shut down, he was hoping that the craziness was gone. He hated Ariel, he hated what Selena did and the fact that Jace was hospitalised because Selena nearly sucked her dry. It wasn't fair, and Ariel had no business showing her face around her. If Xzavier was here, he was pretty sure that nothing would stop him from beating her to death. Ev had half a mind to light her on fire right now, and she was definitely delivering sass to him. She didn't have the right too. The manager was talking to his niece or something on the phone, but the employee was helping someone. No one knew what was going on here, so Ev knew he had to get her out of the public part of the store. He didn't want anyone getting hurt, anyone besides Ariel of course. But he stayed on edge but listened to what she had to say. He didn't like it.
''Well you obviously don't know me at all. I'm the usual Charmer if your not a psycho bitch. And yeah, that was his name. Nothing would stop Selena from getting what she wanted, don't you remember. But I'm pretty sure meeting the sidewalk from twenty stories wasn't on her agender right?''. He wasn't one for talking dirty but this year wasn't exactly nice to him. Selena's business, conflict with the circle and not to mention trying to connect to a long lost brother. He missed the times where vampire's were Ev's worst problems. Now it was crazy CEO's, incubus's and portals. What next? He did however listen to what Ariel had to say as he manuovered out the back of the store, locking the door when she came in. From her tone, it wasn't exactly some vindictive. But he could sense something about her, in her voice. Did - did Ariel want his help?
He listened to what she had to say, arms crossed over his chest as he looked at her. She was a beautiful woman, if only she was sane. It seemed that relationships with Ev were not meant to be. Ariel could be a catch, unfortunately their is that whole 'evil-tried-to-kill-you' obstical. But Xzavier kind of has Lily, Axel kind of has Eli, Ev kind of has no one. Just a small thing that bothered him, but what Ariel said was troubling. About the portal. When the portal was opened, it lead to a demon dimension with some lizard-like things that they fought. They were troubling enough but when that portal opened again they were to distracted about finally getting back to see if anything else had come through. Ariel had reason to believe there was. It could have happened, and the shocked thought made him a bit gob-smacked. ''Um - oh okay. So, something or things came out of the portal. Any ideas what? I mean, you should remember that the gecko gang weren't exactly weak. Who knows what else could have come through. I - I'll have to talk to my brothers about this. But that was weeks ago, if something had come through I am pretty sure that we would have heard about it''. He worriedly looked down until he heard the splash from down under. The new pet, Sarz, was obviously still restless. Great, nothing better then a constantly tempermental mermaid right? He sighed as he walked to the basement to peak in for a second. If Ariel was civil, then she wouldn't start anything.

He was still going with the insults towards her? She sighed softly as she looked down at her shoes as he spoke, hoping he would finish soon so they could get onto more pressing matters, like their livelihoods and futures. Everette really needed to learn to either keep things to himself, or not to hold grudges. She didn't, though most people she hated in the first place wind up on the chopping block. So Everette could consider himself lucky in that aspect. She flicked her hair back softly raising her eyebrow with a small smile as he spoke of Selena. "No, but it did result in quite the cover up on our behalf. Do you realize how difficult it is to explain why someone in our firm, the founder of all people, would plunge to her death? In her own firm? Your little witches definantly caused us some media turmoil." There were so many questions, questions which she did not feel the need nor responsibility to answer.
They soon moved into a more private location, which she preferred, as looking over at the odd items in this store was beginning to drain her mind. She smiled confidently towards him as he tried mustering up some explanations, but to no avail. "Maybe you and your brothers should pay attention to some news reports. Normally I wouldn't give a crap about an increase in crime rate, but the crimes which are occuring are just too...Glorified. For lack of some better terms...Beheading, amputation and crushed skulls. Now we both know there are some very nasty forces in this city, but seems a little 'odd', yes?" She opened up her bag and pulled out some documents, walking over to Everette and handing them to him. "These documents show evidence of the crimes taking place within this proximity, which conveniently is where your fun little 'trip' took place. I should tell you I don't believe in coincidences. It appears that when you came back from wherever the hell you went, you forgot to lock the door on your way out. And now the dogs have escaped. And I can tell you for a fact, these dogs aren't cute and cuddly."
She had read over things Selena had left, about her plans what the dimension involved, what it contained. In all honestly, it freaked her out, and that didn't happen lightly. If some of these 'things' had escaped from that portal, then beheading and increases in crime rates would be the least of their worries. She gave Everette a chance to scan the documents, before looking back over at him with a smile. "You may have a misguided perception of me Everette, but I can reassure you that since I have been appointed acting CEO of Hart Enterprises for the time being, that you may see that we have more of the same goals in common than you may think. This, being one of them. Now I assume you'll want to consult your brothers and pep eachother up, or whatever the three of you do in times like these, but do keep in mind what is at stake here."

Consorting with the enemy, Ev what are you doing? His arms crossed, he listened to Ariel's pitch. He subsided the wit, the sass and the negativity but she had a point. Selena had taken his and Jace's blood, and opened a portal. An evil and destructive portal that enduced an hour of hell for the brother's and their friends. When they finally got out, they didn't pay any attention to anything that could have possibly come out. It was - possible. He could say anything at all as she spoke and he just listened. If he spoke to Axel and Xzavier about this, they might not trust it. Especially if the source is Hart Enterprises, which in their history can not be trusted. He nodded at her statement, and suddenly felt sick. It was Selena's fault, all of this. She is dead, and her mess is still parading all over their lives. Why can't she just go away but crime rates around Hart Enterprises is apparently off the hook, and Ev couldn't believe it. But Ms Limo popped out files that scared the crap out of him.
Scanning over them, he saw it. Reports of a girl that literally chewed her boyfriends head off. More disgusting stuff, horrible murders and yeah, crimes. Charts and tables that made no sense, pictures of crime scenes and everything else. All he could think of is some kind of agression demon or some curses that came from the portal. Something had to have caused it, and he looked back up to Ariel as she explained more. She continued, and he could not lift his jaw up. Sarz was spazzing, but had good reason. Evil was brewing once again in Los Angeles and they had to stop it, and it seemed that Ariel felt the same way. She suggested talking with his brothers, and overwhelmed her nodded. ''Yeah, I - I know. Thanks, Dawson. I'll - I'll call you I guess''. Turning from her, he kept looking over the pages, article clips, statistics and all the rest. This was really happening.

She smiled once again confidently as Everette commented that he'd call her. She loved hearing those words from young, handsome men, but she never did have much faith in their judgement altogether, and whether or not they actually took it upon themselves to call was another thing altogether. Though, in this situation, she was sure Everette would find time to call her. As much as he may have hate towards her for everything which happened recently, he couldn't deny the need to do something about whatever the hell decided to cause trouble in this town. It was cute, yet almost pathetic how whipped these brothers were for protecting the innocent and fighting the good fight, even if it meant they were all going to die in a blaze of glory. Although it was an admirable, yet foolish straight, she could see it coming back to haunt them in the near future.
She raised an eyebrow softly as she stood there watching him. "I didn't come all the way out here to be referred to as 'Dawson,' it seems that although you and your brothers are awesome in managing to stay alive and stop 'evil' from spreading, you are hopeless in the art of formalities. Shame really, you did have so much potential." She smirked softly as she begun walking towards the exit, before pausing for a moment, before finally turning. "By the way, I must say, I have been slightly curious about your newfound brother's extra...Curricular activities. Say I'm prying, but it seems as if that one has a mind of his own, definantly someone to keep a firm eye on. You never know what people can do..." She smirked softly as she then continued walking towards the exit, the door opening and the bell once again ringing as she exited from the horrid shop, finally tasting the fresh breeze, and not the spell of 'off' ingredients and sea water.
Although she would be working with the brothers in this problem, her comment about Everette's brother was a mind game, showing that although they would work together, it didn't make anything more of their relationship. They were still enemies, and obviously had different goals altogether. And she had a feeling that they key to weakening the brothers was tearing them away from eachother. Something she could definantly put to test in the future.
