Kyle threw a punch at the female vampire's face and smirked in satisfaction when the hit connected. Even though he knew it wouldn't hurt the creature, it stunned her long enough for him to remove the stake he had hidden in his jacket and he thrust it at the vampire's heart. The creature screamed and exploded into dust. Hearing a rustling sound, he turned just in time to see another vampire---a male---charging at him and barely had time to dodge the attack. With a growl, the vampire quickened its speed as he charged at the other man. Kyle grunted in surprise as he was knocked to the ground. The vampire grinned malicioiusly as he hauled his victim to his feet and then was turned around so that his back was to the vampire. Kyle's eyes widened as a small group of vampires came out of the shadows and headed in their direction. The vampire holding Kyle hissed and then he could feel the creature's breath getting closer and closer. Then, there was the sound of tearing flesh as Kyle felt the vampire's fangs slide into his shoulder blade....

She was cruising...Literally. She brushed the hair away from her face as she continued down the quiet, empty road in her convertable, roof down. Sure, she probably shouldn't have had the roof down at night, and in a city like this of all places, but she was Kyra Chamberlain and she drove in style. What was the point of driving a convertable if you drive it with the roof up? That was like buying an expensive velvet dress and displaying it on one of your life-size dolls. It just made no sense at all, and completely took the whole point of buying it away. She was all about making impressions, and driving a convertable around at night in a dangerous city was one of them!
Oh, but she made an impression, as the car soon slowed down uncontrollably, and made a clunking noise, as it finally stoped, luckily not in the middle of the road. Something was wrong. Sighing, she turned the car off and stepped outside. It was then that she found the problem; flat tire. She stomped her foot on the ground menacingly as she eyed off the problem. Where was the boyfriend when he needed her? Oh, right, he was playing football at this hour, meaning he wouldn't answer her calls for help. Well, wasn't this just fun. Most of her friends were girls, who wouldn't know a damn thing about changing a tyre, just like herself. There was Everette, but should she? Hmm? Well, he did owe her after not explaining his sudden need to do a location spell, oh and she you know, helped him with the spell in the 'you couldn't have done it without me' kind of way. Yep, he really did owe her. It was time to cough up dude!
She pulled out her cell, ready to dial the numbers when she heard a struggle nearby. She glanced up curiously, before hearing strange noises and voices. This led her to stride down the pavement and into one of the side alleys, where from a distance she saw two men fight. Oh shit! Now was really the time to call Everette, she thought. But then she saw the strange man grab the other one, his face was off too...He was a vampire! Oh, why didn't she ever listen to Everette when he went on about these things? She ran down the alley as fast as she could in her heels, knowing she couldn't exactly call him and ask for a tutorial as the man was kind of in the process of dying right now. She had to think on her feet...She was a better witch than Everette, right? If he could escape these sticky situations, so could she! Her mind was racing, then she saw a few bins nearby. She focused her mind, waving her hand as the bins flew with force at the two men, knocking them both down. Ouch, she thought as she hurried over.
"Oh. My. God! Are you okay?! We gotta get out of here, quick my cars just over there...Oh crap, I have a flat tyre...Um...Okay, think Kyra...Think..." She didn't have much time as the vampire got to its feet, growing at her now. Oh no, she was going to die! No! She couldn't, she had so much to live for. Where the hell was Everette when she needed him? The vampire ran towards her, causing her to stumble to the ground. Her eyes soon turned a pale color, almost a shade of black. "Back!" She voiced, as the vampire flew into the opposite alley wall with great force. Sure, not the best spell to use, but it served its purpose. She hoped this man had a few ideas, because she was running out of ways to hold off a vampire!

Kyle wasn't exactly how it had happened. One minute he was in the process of being turned into food, the next minute, the vampires had been knocked back. Oh. My. God! Are you okay?" a woman asked. "Yeah, I'm all right," Kyle replied, grabbing the stake he had dropped and then climbing to his feet. Who is she and where did she come from? he wondered. "Quick, my car's just over there...oh crap. I have a flat tire...Um...Okay, think Kyra...Think..." A vampire rose to his feet growing and headed for them and Kyle quickly tightened his grip on the stake, ready to throw it. "Back!" the woman commanded and he watched as the vampire flew backwards. She's some sort of creature. This must've been their plan all along! Kyle thought to himself. Well, he wasn't going to let on that he knew just yet. He quickly stood in front of the woman. Shaking its head and growling once more, the vampire charged at them. Kyle merely tightened his grip on his stick and tensed his muscles. Wait for the opening, he cautioned himself. Once the creature was close enough, he thrust the stake upward, hitting its heart. His eyes darkened as he watched it disintegrate. "Bring it on," he dared the other vampires.

She twitched softly, jumping back as she watched in horror the vampire turn to dust. She had seen many freakishly strange and odd things in the supernatural world, however seeing a vampire dust up was always high on that list. She glanced over at Reardon, smiling softly at his bravery in slaying the vampire. Though she did wonder, how he managed to do that? Was he destined to fight vampires, or something like that? He didn't appear to be too strong, as she had just finished rescuing him from getting a nice scar in his neck which would probablly wind him up in an early grave, or something. She wondered if it were mere coincidence he got attacked, but as he was holding a stake, it seemed like otherwise.
She raised an eyebrow as he made a heroic threat to all who...Were not currently listening in the vampire-supernatural world. She sighed softly. "I'm sorry, you may want to 'bring on' more of the vampire fighting, which I barely saved you from mind you, but I would perfectly like to avoid another near-death experience for the night, if thats alright with you. So why don't you just drop the stake...And stop yelling out threats for all those lurking vampires to hear. You know how much they enjoy damzels in distress like me? Not very much!" She begun looking around the alley curiously, hoping she could just leave. Wait...Why didn't she just leave? Oh, shit. Her tyre was flat, yeah, how could she forget in the moment of almost getting killed! Maybe this guy could help her out? Surely if he could fight off vampires, he could fix a tyre. Right?
She walked up to him with a persuasive smile. "So...Since it was as a result of my tyre going flat that I managed to notice that vampire about to make you vamp-food, I think its only fair that you at least change the tyre for me. Not only do I not know how to change a tyre, but in these clothes? No chance in hell am I getting these all dirty from the ground and dirty tyres..." She begun rubbing down her clothes, just at the thought of that filth. She flashed him another smile, hoping he would take her up on her offer. She only like, saved his life and all...He owed her big time! Big time! Like polishing her car with his tongue big time...But eww, that wouldn't be happening. The tyre change would just have to suffice.
She begun walking back towards her car. "Its just down here! We should hurry, before some more vampires decide to attack us, you might be able to go all night with your heroic stake and all that, but I'm not exactly a sustainable mojo-mama." She sighed as she walked on, hoping he would hurry along. She just wanted to get home and get away from these freaky alley.

"I'm sorry, you want to bring on more of the vampire fighting, which I barely saved you from ind you, but I would perfectly like to avoid near-death experience for the night, if that's all right with you," the woman told him. "So why don't you just drop the stake...and stop yelling out threats for all those lurking vampires to hear. You know how much they enjoy damsels in distress not very much!" she continued. "Well, I'd hardly call you a damsel, but you may have a point," Kyle commented. The woman went on to say something about her tire being flat. Kyle kept an eye on the approaching vampires. "On my signal...run," Kyle murmured in her ear as he slowly inched his way to the back of the alley. He waited a few seconds. "Go!" he hissed, pushing her back. He took off, making sure to keep a good grip on the stake. As they ran, he could hear the vampires gaining on them...

"Are you kidding?! You expect us to run towards the car, my very expensive car, which by the way has a flat tire, and then what? Are we going to push it down the road to escape?" She panicked as she saw more vampires approaching. No, this couldn't be happening, she didn't want to die or experience excruciating vampire pain, in a way worse than death. She was too young and beautiful to die, after all. Before she could think, Kyle ordered her to run and she ran by instinct, hoping the vampires wouldn't attack her. They could hopefully attack him and get busy with him, while she...Oh shit, broken tire. Great, so that meant she had to keep this damn guy alive too. Trying to stay alive herself and having to save a random? What was going on here?!
Turning around, she closed her eyes, focusing on the environment around her. She could hear the snarling vampires approaching, causing her to open her eyes. Loose and broken bricks from the alley wall flew out from the wall and sprung towards the approaching vampires, smashing into their skulls with impact and force. Kyra smiled, satisfied, but realized that vampires were basically unkillable apart from those few ways of killing them. And unfortunately for her, bricks to the skull weren't one of the ways. She improvised, as she closed her eyes again, and moments later, her eyes reopened, with black shades appearing in her eyes. "Vocare ignitare!" One of the vampires begun to catch aflame from his leather jacket. He paused, and the other two soon paused also, checking out the growing flame which the vampire was triyng to butt out with his hands. He begun screaming, as the other two vampires tried helping. "Ignite!" On saying that, the floor beneath the vampires begun to set on fire, causing them to flee back from the thick flames. Kyra fell to her knees, realizing first hand how much that powerful spell took out of her, that was some advanced stuff, even for her. But under the circumstances, she was sure it was appropriate. She turned to Kyle, without hesitation. "So that tyre...Fix now, please? Flames aren't going to burn forever, honey."

As they continued running, the woman started asking something about going to her car, but Kyle wasn't really paying attention. All he knew was that they had to get out of there. I don't believe this. I've never faced this many before. What was I thinking? he berated himself. He should've gone in smart. But because he didn't, he had gotten an innocent woman into trouble. Then, the woman yelled something and looking over his shoulder, he saw the vampires catching fire. So that tyre...Fix now, please? Flames aren't going to burn forever, honey." Kyle went over to the care. "Where do you keep the tools for the spare?" he questioned.

She looked at the stranger man blankly, cringing her face softly. "Tools? What tools? Dude, I just drive this rockin' car, knowing where tools and spare parts are, is nowhere in that mindset. Your a manly man type of guy, you should know where all these 'tools' and parts are, right? I mean, all cars are basically the same right, like where they put things and stuff?" She was slightly confused. She didn't even know cars came with tools and spare parts in times of emergencies like this, let alone her car! Woah, it was pretty cool though, already having this stuff prepared. Too bad she didn't know how to fix the damn car, and even if she did, she would still wait for someone because she wouldn't want to get dirty. She had seen people fixing cars, definantly not her thing. She'd rather get killed in an abandoned forest waiting for someone then dare lower herself to fix it herself. Oh crap...Maybe she might consider that in the actual event of that happening.
She sighed as she moved over to her car and leant against it, playing with her hair as she looked around. "I hope you know where all these tools and stuff are, I don't particularily want to wait here all night for vampires to come and make me vamp food. Heard its not exactly all that great, if you know what I mean..." She didn't want to die, she just wanted her tyre fixed! Why did these things always happen to her, it was like she was in a movie. Pretty damsel in distress's tyre runs flat in some random alley, where vampires try and attack her. She then gets saved by the handsome knight, who in this case wasn't all that was to be expected from them. That whole knight in shining armour stuff was really overrated right now, she thought. He didn't even know where all these parts were, right?

"Well, I know where I keep the stuff in my car, but no, not all cars have the same compartments," Kyle replied. I don't believe this! She doesn't even know where--- Kyle's thoughts trailed off as he frantically searched for the glove compartment. He couldn't get distracted. He had to focus. After a while, he found it. Yes! Now we have something! he thought in relief. "Give me the keys to your glove department," he snapped.

She rolled her eyes at his comment. Could this dude get anymore annoying and unhelpful? "Urgh, how many damn compartments can a car have? Aren't all men supposed to be good at this whole fixing car thing? Guess I was mildly mistaken..." She sighed, stepping back anxiously. It was confirmed, she was getting killed. She could always make a run for it right now, but what good would that do in the long run? The vampire would find her and kill her, or another would find her. She was so screwed either way, it seemed. Why couldn't this guy just be all knowing and know exactly what to do in the situation?!
He soon snapped at her, which startled her because she had been nothing but nice towards him; maybe a little pushy, but hello...Their lives were on the line here! "Fine...Here," She replied back, slightly rudely, not used to being snapped at too often. She just wanted her car fixed and then they could go their seperate ways. If this man then got bitten by a vampire, that was none of her concern. She had saved his ass once, what, did he expect a daily pass as well or something? She stepped back some more, watching the other man, hoping he could finally pull one for the team and get her car cracking. She didn't need any more nasty vampires appearing out of nowhere and roughing her up.

(I know nothing about cars or how to fix tires, so if I get something wrong, sorry. And I just realized that the stuff would probably in the trunk not the glove compartment. Whoops!)
"Urgh, how many damn compartments can a car have? Aren't all men supposed to be good at this whole fixing car thing?" Gues I was midly mistaken..." "That's like saying all blonde girls are bimbos or all girls are wimps," he countered. "Fine here," she replied, throwing him her keys. He tried the different keys until he found the right one. Then, he went to the trunk of the car, go the tools and spare, and then quickly began changing the tire. After several minutes, he finally got the tires switchde out. "Get in, go!" he shouted, opening her car door and then heading for the passenger side and getting in.
