STRENGTHS

• Singer ::: Charlie is a girl of expression and voice, so she is obviously a singer. She is a good singer, being in school choir and taking music class, even if doesn't get solos in nationals, she doesn't really care because she is singing anyways.
  
  
• Closet-Poet ::: English would have to be her favorite subject, and she is doing college classes in her upcoming senior year and wants to be a English Professor in college. But she writes her own stuff. About life and above love, and of course things in between, everything that she observes from the crazy species which are humans.
  
  
• Caring ::: Charlie has a very open heart. She cares for people, for everyone even if she might not like them. For example, her rebellious little brother who is into drugs and drinking, but he takes it upon herself to look after him while the parents are out. If she cares about you, then she will never stop.
  
  
• Blend-In ::: You might think that it is a weakness, but Charlie isn't one for the spot-light. She would much rather be the nice girl who passes behind the scenes of B&CA and get out to live her dreams, but that does get hard when your best friend is the most popular guy in school.
  
  
• Optimistic ::: She doesn't look for the negative sides of things, she looks for what is underneath. The beauty that lies under the surface, the light within that appeals to her. She looks at things and knows that everything will be okay.
  
  
• Unaccessed Power ::: Charlie has powers like other fairies, but since she hasn't come into contact with a fairy yet, her powers haven't been accessed by the collective and have laid dormant. Her powers involve:
  
  --- Glistening (A fairies method of teleporting from one place to another)
  --- Enhanced Strength (Strength beyond that of normal people)
  --- Empathy (This allows Charlie to feel the emotions from other people)
  --- Telempathy (lv 2) : (The ability to channel emotions into other people, allowing her to attack people with an overload of emotions or even control the emotions of other people, and can also perform psychic attacks)
  --- Empathic Mimicry (lvl 3) : (The ability to channel the powers of other beings, or skills or abilities though their emotions. She does this by tapping into the emotion that activates their power, and uses that to use the ability)

WEAKNESSES

• Tempered ::: Don't let a pretty face fool you, she doesn't stand down. She is strong, and if she is upset or her morals conflict with yours, she won't take it. She has her beliefs, and to each there own, but she won't exactly like it.
  
  
• Over-sensitive ::: Tears aren't an unseen thing. She is an artist, and artsit feel things that others don't. They see the things between what other do, the perspective on love and loss, the broken hearts and how they feel. Maybe that is because she is an empath, who knows. But she is stronger.
  
  
• Unknowing ::: Charlie is a fairy. Does she know this? No. Though she is a fairy, she hasn't become apart of the collective, the fairies in the world or stationed in a group. So her powers haven't been activated, but in a few short months, all of that will change.
  
  
• Unconfident ::: She doesn't like to be noticed, because she would much rather be someone not in the spot-light. This is because, she isn't exactly confident that she is - as amazing as she is, and some people might see that but she doesn't.
  
  
• Perceptive ::: Charlie has a knack for seeing things that others don't see so clearly. This could be a good thing, or bad. The badside is that being an open minded person, she kind of gets involved in other peoples business too much.
  
  
• Over-giver ::: The person that will leave herself short for someone elses benefit, that's her. With her brother being in a mess, she works hard to try and make his life a bit easier. If she has fifty dollars, she won't break it but give it to a friend in need. Hell no she isn't a saint, but she heading up there, even if it can be seen as a big flaw.

LIKES

• Music ::: She is an artist, well she loves music at least and likes to sing. The lyrics and the little meanings between the lines have helped craft who she is: caring, loving and delicate.
  
  
• Being Different ::: She isn't a conformist. She isn't like other girls and she is fine with that. She has her own individuality, and even though that means she blends in that little bit more, than she is fine.
  
  
• Her Video Camera ::: Charlie likes to live in the moments that we take for granted, so she caries around a video camera so she doesn't miss them, and she doesn't miss a beat. Call her sentimental.
  
  
• Mexican Food ::: If she given the opportunity to choose what they have for dinner, she will pick Mexican Food. She just loves tacos, nachos, burettos because they are food that you can not eat prettily.
  
  
• Flowers ::: They are pretty, and they can't lie. Flowers are a constant reminder for Charlie that things in this world are beautiful, but also that things don't last forever. But it doesn't stop her.
  
  
• Heights ::: She isn't a grounded person. She likes to be on rooftops, looking out over the cities. She doesn't the walk in the park but a rooftop greenhouse.
  
  
• Romance ::: Call her an old fashioned romantic. This tendancy of teens hooking up, having sex straight away and breaking up two weeks later. She wants the kisses by candlelight, the thoughts and the feelings shared between them.

DISLIKES

• Arrogant People ::: Ironic because one of the closet people she knows is the biggest asshole of the school, but she doesn't have the time for arrogant people. She tries to see the best in them though, even though how they show the world may be less than favorable.
  
  
• Judgement ::: She doesn't care what some people say about who she is, how she looks or what she does, but she gets extremely defensive for other people. That arrogance where people hurt people out of spite gets to her.
  
  
• Peanuts ::: Common allergy right?
  
  
• Boredom ::: Charlie can't with the boring moment in a social manner. She needs some fun, something to keep her occupied. Whether it is just walking on the beach, watching a movie or hanging out after school, she needs to do something. She is anything but a boring person.
  
  
• The Regular ::: She isn't a normal girl. Her perception on life, her tendancies and her horribes all enforce this. The 'Regular' is too boring for her. She chooses to keep close to those people that aren't plain, whether they are weirdos or rebels it doesn't matter, they appeal to her the most.
  
  
• Conformity ::: She isn't one to go nuts, but she isn't a conformist. She stylizes her school uniform to her liking, instead of facebook fads and trends she does her own thing. She loves flowers while other girls love prada, and it doesn't bother her. She likes - being different.
  
  
• Fire ::: Que the colossal fear. Charlie and fire doesn't mix well. If there was one thing she was completely frightened of, it is a wild flame. Ever since she was little and a candle caught the curtains on fire, she just hates the stuff.

HISTORY

Maxwell and Claudette were happily married straight after college, and they had a good relationship. It was built on trust, honestly and love. Except from the fact that Maxwell is a government agent fixed on studying the supernatural occurrences in the world. No biggie right? So when it came to the time that Claudette fell pregnant, they wanted to have life together, and to bring a daughter into this world. They got what they wanted, and on March 13th 1995 Claudette conceived a beautiful little girl, Charlotte Grace Smith. It was pure adoration that they shared for there daughter, and it was a perfect life they wanted to bestow upon her. So Claudette did what she could, little did she know how different there little girl was. She wasn't one to grow up with pretty dresses and pony rides, she was one who loved to care for flowers and write stories, to live in an imaginary world where she was an onlooker, watching over the world with beautiful eyes. She was not a girl who did what other girls did, while they played hopscotch and braided their hair, she learnt to write poetry. It didn't make her most popular girl in the world, but it made her happy. She didn't want to be the girl that praises thousands of friends, she just wanted the people close to her to stay where they were, and for things not to change because she loved the life that her parents crafted for her, the life that would set her free for the future to do whatever she wanted to.

Upon her childhood, there was always one friend she kept dear, Leo West. Since her father was close friends with his, she found herself over at his house a lot. She was shy towards a crush towards him, but always perceived herself to play the best friend, even at a young age. Even though at the tree-top house in the backyard, he took he hand in marriage with a candy ring. They kept friends throughout school, even though a few years later everything changed. She dismissed Charlie a little bit, teaching her that some people can change, especially when he became popular and left her behind. Even though Charlie had her own thing. For her tenth birthday her parents bought her a video camera, because she always spoke of the moments she never wanted to forget. So she had a video camera with her wherever she went. She was an expressive girl, showing her talents without flaunting herself. Behind the scenes was where she liked it, and where she wanted to be. But she sang with the school choir, making it to national but not with a single solo, and she didn't mind. She was busy writing her own work and hanging out with her parents, living a pretty normal life. But only recently have things gotten really crazy.

The sparklingly normal life that she held dear was twisting away. While her father was always at work and her mother working hard as well, she was forced to look after her brother. He is fourteen years old and doing dope and drinking, ruining his life. Charlie kept this from her parents while looking after him after his bad trips, but he would promise to stop. He never will though, but Charlie would keep being there for him. Opposed to that, something had happened to her. Two years ago, Charlie fell sick with pneumonia. This was just the thing to allow Maxwell to get what he wants, and to have a fun new test subject. On the purple moon, he had a shaman perform a spell to declare Charlie a fairy. Did she know this? No, she didn't, and her father did this. Luckily it allowed her to get better faster, unluckily she had no idea what she was turned into. And to this day, she still doesn't know. In order to unlock your fairy potential, you must be united to the collective, another fairy so that your powers can manifest. Charlie could be one of the most powerful empath in the world, but until that happens, she is just the caring teenager with a video-camera stuck to her hand, her head in her poems and sliding through highschool with her life-long crush, that is even if he will still notice her.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

Charlie is a character that will be brought in at the beginning of the third season. She is be an instant connection between the Evans' and Celestial Institute. Charlie will join the fairies, and once meeting Lana her powers will activate, and the first fleet of attack will be bestowed onto the two. Charlie will be dragged into this wacky world as the fairies protect the school of Brand & Constance with all the drama and craziness that occurs with it. With the company, since the Head of the Organization is her father, once she reveals her powers than she will act as a kind of agent with the fairies, until everything goes wrong and supernaturals become hunted, causing Charlie to be caught in a riff towards her love for her father and to survive. In between all of this, she will be a key assistant to helping her best friend, Leo find out who he is, and to show him how to love.
