- Wealthy and in a high position of authority - Reginald is wealthy and dines with the Mayor, Govenor and the President from time to time. He has money, power and influence and is not ashamed of using them. This includes his less savory dealings.
- Cunning - Reginald is one of the most cunning gentlemen you would ever want to meet. Chances are he's 12 steps ahead of you in any game he plays.
- Manipulative - Reginald can make you sell out your own mother and make you think you did it for her own good. He can make dark seem light and light seem dark. He is the king of spin doctors.
- Excels at use of his powers - Reginald is a Master of his gifts. He has studied them at length and has had the time to fully understand their use.
- Remorseless - Reginald thinks he is always right and therefore thinks there is nothing to regret, ever.
- When he is young he can fool even his daughter with who he is because he knows how to blend in.

WEAKNESSES
- Temper - He has a real hair trigger. While a lot of people claim this, Reginald exemplifies this. He's been known to beat his daughter for buying an off brand of perfume because it was below her station.
- Inability to control his daughter - Mari can dodge him like no ones business. She comes up with plausible reasons to avoid him and it pisses him off.
- Minions are unreliable - Its hard to get good help these days.
- Racist - He hates other supernaturals and its almost impossible to get him to find someone he feels is worthy of marrying his daughter and continuing his family line.
- Skeletons in his closet - He's got a lot of dirt and anyone who knows what to look for can find it. Now getting charges to stick...that could be tricky.
POWER WEAKNESSES
- Fooled by a pretty face - His seduction power tends to go off even when he doesn't want it to.
- Feeding - Feeding is a must. He can't always control when this happens though he does have cleaners to help dispose of the evidence.
- His daughter is immune - He beats her because he can't control her. He can cause her mental pain but no attempts at cajoling or enhanced insincere threats work on her. She can't be cowed or broken.
- Migraines - His powers drain him meaning he must feed more often thus fueling the cycle of death and pain.
- Dorian Gray Syndrome - He ages when he does not feed and if kept away from his food source he can be killed.

HISTORY
Born in Manchester England Reginald started out as a skilled businessman with a few extra perks. He was sexy, conniving and a psychic. This meant he rose to power very quickly. He never expected to settle down but one day found a young psychic named Anne that he could get on well with.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
They married and in short order Anne gave birth to a baby girl named Marina. The difficulty in her birth and subsequent disability caused Reginald to become enraged. He had wanted a son and all he had gotten for his trouble was a crippled girl child who was likely to be a burden unless something was done. He sequestered Anne away for her health and chose to raise his daughter on his own. The child proved to be a gold mine for her father. She had the ability to sense things and see a bit into the future. In short she was darn near a chip off the old block gifts wise. She just had this habit of being good.
That would never do. Reginald made a bargain with some demons to join the ranks of the incubus in exchange for Anne's soul. His wife and marriage had been a disappointment anyway and this kept her from complaining about how he raised Marina. He did his best to instill in his daughter a proper submissive (And Victorian) code of ethics. He got her the best vocal training money could by in the hopes she would use it to manipulate others. Instead she sang at hospitals for the sick.
Reginald really lost it when his daughter ran off to Virginia to follow some hippie wherewolf. When the relationship failed her father collected her and forbade her from leaving the house. He allowed her to get an education because it made him look benevolent and good. Since then she has slipped her leash and no amount of beatings or behavior modification has worked on making her come home.

I'd like to see Reginald become a big bad. This is a guy that can make you think shanking your sibling is fun. I'd like to see him take Thayer under his wing (if Thayer's player agrees) and turn him into a skilled predator.[/BLOCKQUOTE]

Reginald sat back in his chair, there was a lone bankers lamp in his office and his brow was furrowed in concentration. Mari was avoiding him again. The beating he'd given her had made her apply to some rock band whose lead member was an ex lover of one of the Trinity Brothers. He smiled softly. It never hurt to have hunters in good with you. So long as they didn't know who you were. He just had to let his daughters gentle nature bring her in contact with the brothers and make her believe he was on the track to redemption. His second wife resented Mari an wanted her to suffer but he had convinced her it would be best if she take a short trip to the Bahamas.
Imagine how shocked she was when her plane went down. She'd been a manipulative witch and had barely been worth the effort to bed her. He heard a knock at the door and brought a few Crocidile tears to his eyes, "Yes?" he called and the voice replied that his daughter was on line one. Taking a breath he exhaled jaggedly, "Marina...your stepmother...." he let his voice crack and projected the saddest thing he had ever felt in his life so she could believe he was sincere. "I just don't know what to do. I'm so sorry honey..." he wept hard. On the phone. His daughter was shocked. She'd never seen him cry, ever. He went on in a ramble about how he was a horrid person and should just end it all. It was really funny how she could think he actually wanted to kill himself.
She was packing as he spoke he could hear the sounds of clothing before she stopped and asked a question, "No honey...it alright...I'll send a car for you. Don't bother packing just come home."
She could be so damn gullible. Wait till she found out he'd killed her cat on accident. "Oh honey about Snowflake. I tried to hug her and she just died. I'm a horrid person. I'm so sorry! I was distraught and didn't think..."
This was Oscar worthy.
