STRENGTHS
Ai is really good at what she sets her mind to. She over came the challenges in her life with ex girlfriends and abandonment by going to school with a dual major in fashion and business, and later a masters in business advertising. She's good at her job and moved to LA from New York to continue her push into Fashion Superstardom. She hasn't let anything get in her way when it comes to her business and it shows in her work and in her bank account. She loves classy clothes, and not just her own Label, but any label that makes a person look fine and sexy, and makes them feel that way too. She has never had a hand for music, but she has an ear for it. She loves good music and she searches out the places with the best music, no matter their clientele list. This helps her be a great advertiser for a business. If she finds a low scale club with a great DJ, she'll pass it on to her higher end friends, catapulting that club's fame. Her obsession for perfection, and her mischievous, impish nature, make her a superb prankster. When the timing is appropriate and the place is perfect, she can work out some of the most perfect practical jokes you've ever seen.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
WEAKNESSES
Ai is developing a psycic ability to read people's minds and feel their emotions. It's still fuzzy, and it causes her great head aches. Despite her great ability to do what she loves, it makes her obsessive. She can't sit still for very long until a collection is done, or an assignment should she ever decide she needs more schooling. She's jaded from relationships because her ex burned her badly, so she can be difficult to get in with. Rude, ignorant people get under her skin severely and she doesn't like being around them for very long, she will kill if she has to, to get away from them. Because of her minor fashion stardom her aversion to the sun is a serious problem. She claims it's Xeroderma Pigmentosum, a literal allergy to the sun, but it still causes her emotional pain on the business front.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
LIKES

- Brilliant colors- Deffinition, colors who's color is easy to spot. She loves working with these in her work, and it's become part of her Label's signature.
- Classy clothes- She's made her living for most of her life by these things, but people who hold her attention are normally confident in their bodies and the clothes reflect that, and help that.
- Good Music- Good Music attracts great company, and Ai thrives off of great company. She will hunt out the hottest underground networks and the best nightclubs and make them famous just by telling her more famous friends.
- Great Company- Ever the socialite, Ai's mother was a geisha that taught her daughter the vaule of being around people. And that lesson was never lost on her. She enjoys being around the best people in any situation, as long as they keep her engaged in the conversation.
- Other Vampires- Because of her history and her process of jading, Ai tries her best to get along with other Vampires. She will hunt with them, respect their boundaries and their likes, and will do almost anything if one needs her.
DISLIKES

- Procrastination- If you mention something needs to get done in front of her, do not expect this woman to sit by while you put it off... If she has to she will do it for you! Be forewarned!
- Douche bags- Other wise known as rude, ignorant people. She has been known to attack and kill all sorts who have been just a little to rude and or ignorant of another person or group. She grew up in post-war New York after Vietnam; she really hates people who don't know a lick about a person, but judge them anyway.
- Daytime Fashion shows- Especially those put on by her favorite colleagues. That whole Xeroderma Pigmentosum thing.
- Anti-social behavior/anti-socializing- If you're to great, or not great enough to engage in the conversation for a little while, then consider yourself unwelcome by her graces.
- pale colors- not pastels, a color can be a pastel but be brilliant. Ai can't stand the colors that aren't everything the color is supposed to be, if she needs something softer to offset colors she'll more likely use a shade of white.
HISTORY
1 January, 1960. Ai's mother is one of the last hold outs of a dying bread. She's an old geisha, who's man had not only her pregnant but a wife as will. Since he was a powerful business man he couldn't afford to have both children if one would cause trouble for the other. He bought the plane ticket for New York. Shortly after Ai's birth on the First of January, her mother and her left for New York City. They lived in a good sized flat in Grenich Village, not far from the financial district where Ai's father would meet them every few years.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
Growing up Ai' mother distilled in Ai the vary traits that she had used in being a Geisha, and decided that if Ai was to survive as an American that she would need an education like the Americans could get. Being her parents' child, only business or fashion were good enough for Ai. Her teachers tried to force her out of the business college in the late 1970's, but Ai stuck with it, managing a 4.0 and a 3.2 in fashion and business management respectably. At her graduation, Ai met a woman and started to fall in love.
It took Ai three years to learn what the woman on the other side of her closet was, and when she did Ai stopped at nothing until she was a vampire too. But only months after Ai was turned, her lover left her. It jaded Ai, and she threw herself into her business. Years later in the 1990's when women in business was becoming more popular, Ai went back to night school and received her masters in Business Advertisement.
Since then, Ai has fought tooth and nail, and started to develop a fan base. In the last award season, more then a few starlets wore her designs on a few red carpet scenes. Seeing that she was getting more looks in LA Ai moved to LA to continue her business push.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
I would like Ai to work as a go between in her race for the good and evil Vampires. Maybe even as a go between of her race and others. She'd even be a teacher of other vampires since she's obtained her control already. I'd also like her to become psychic over time, with an empathy/telepathy mix. Though this will come much, much later, as I plan on having a lot of fun giving poor Ai headaches with her developing gift.[/BLOCKQUOTE]

Ai walked down the street towards her favorite coffee shop. She might be new in this town but she wasn’t going to give up for that reason. Her label was international; people in Japan and Europe and New York were wearing her label. People here had liked what she made and had traveled there and come back with it.
She had learned the American business model her entire life, she had put movie stars in her clothes on the red carpet, she had put her clothes on tv. Now was her time. She stopped for her own cup of coffee. Vogue and Runway had put her on the front cover, but she hadn’t gotten a gofer lackey, for a reason. If she couldn't get her own damn coffee, and if she couldn’t afford a house keeper she wasn’t worth her salt as a designer.
She ordered her cup and walked back out onto the street. Her heels clicked against the sidewalk as she walked again. This time she was on her way towards her shop. Ai was not going to stop this time until her new dress was finished from start to finish.
