3. In good shape: Luke has kept himself in good shape in hopes of it giving him an edge when he finally runs from Selena.
4. Kind-hearted: Despite spending half of his life around those without a moral compass, Luke has kept the goodness he possessed when he was a child.
5. Loyal: loyalty is very important to Luke. However, he's in no way loyal to Selena, though he absolutely fears her.
WEAKNESSES

1. Hot headed: even though he’s generally patient, there are times where he loses his temper really easily, which gets him in trouble with Selena.
2. Girls: his head can be turned easily, which has on occasion derailed his plans for escape.
3. His claustrophobia: though he is at times defiant towards Selena, a threat of leaving him in an enclosed space can keep him in place.
4. Submissive: despite his hatred for Selena, he has been conditioned to be completely submissive to her and will do whatever she tells him to, even if he doesn't want to.
5. His parents: Luke desperately wants to be reunited with his family and will do anything to make it happen. Anything...
LIKES

1. Music (Especially rock): it helps him to calm down and when he gets lost in a song, he can forget that he’s a slave.
2. Staying physically fit: Luke is always looking for a way to escape and figures if he’s going to make a getaway successfully, he has to be in tiptop shape.
3. People: even though Selena keeps him on a tight leash, Luke likes to slip away to interact with people. These interactions strengthen his desire to run away the first chance he gets.
4. Chocolate ice cream: even though he usually eats healthy, chocolate ice cream is his one junk food indulgence…not that he has a lot of chances to indulge in it.
5. Being alone: when he’s left alone, it means that Selena is busy with other things, so he’s really happy when that happens. Of course, it’s not very often.
DISLIKES

1. Selena: she kidnapped him when he was ten-years old and has used him for her own pleasures, so there’s no love lost between them on his part.
2. Violence: he hates it with a passion and tries to avoid it as much as possible which isn’t often around Selena.
3. Supernatural creatures: all he knows about the Supernatural world is what he’s seen around Selena and Hart Enterprises. He doesn’t know that some creatures can be good.
4. Being used: he hates everything about the life he’s leading and hates it when Selena uses him to further her plots.
5. Small places. Ever since he was a kid, he’s been extremely claustrophobic.
HISTORY
For a while, Luke grew up in Los Angeles as an average kid, living with his parents Peter and Sarah Brody who loved him dearly. He was went to Los Angeles Elementary and did pretty well in his classes. However, his happy life wouldn't last long. When he was ten-years old, a woman broke into his house and took him away from his parents while they were sleeping in their bedroom. He soon learned that the woman's name was Selena and she was a demon. Desperate to get back to his parents, Luke ran away, but he didn't get far before he was found. His life with Selena would continue through high school, though she enrolled him into Kingston High after he finished elementary school to avoid suspicion. When he was younger, Luke would constantly try to get the attention of anyone he could and try to tell them that he had been kidnapped, but no one would listen. As he got older (thirteen or so), he finally gave up trying to convince people of what happened to him, and started planning his escape. It was also around this time that Luke's situation worsened. When he was younger, if he displeased Selena, he would merely endure beatings, which were often brutal and he soon learned to perfect anything she asked him to do in order to avoid the punishment. However, once he hit his teens, his body filled out---something he realized that Selena had apparently noticed. He would often catch her staring at him longer and his services became more and more frequent. Soon, Luke found himself stuck in a sexual relationship with Selena, which has continued even now. As much as he fears Selena's beatings, he fears the sex more and will do anything he can to avoid it, though it's not always possible to dissuade his mistress from her desires. Now that he's nineteen, he's still looking for a way out, but he's starting to give up hope that escape will ever happen.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Luke won't actually meet the Brothers themselves for a while seeing as how he's completely submissive to Selena due to her conditioning him as a child. He may have occasional bouts of defiance, but they are few and in between and can be beaten down. He will eventually try to escape, possibly meeting one of the brothers or their allies and tell them everything he knows about the woman and her dealings.[/BLOCKQUOTE]

In his room, Luke paced back and forth nervously. He didn't know what to do. Selena had been in a foul mood lately, and the last thing he wanted to do was incur her wrath. She could be nasty when she was upset. His eyes clouded. What was he going to do? He didn't want to continue like this, but what else could he do? He never had any choice but to do whatever the woman wanted him to do. Suddenly, he heard approaching footsteps. He froze. Those were her footsteps! His breathing quickened and his gaze turned to the door, hoping that for once, she'd be in a good mood...
