BAYLEY JOHNATHAN WHITE
Bayley White | 18 | Gay | Good | Actor/Singer | Chris Colfer[/color][/font][/CENTER]
STRENGTHS
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Acting ::: It is his calling. This guy is a strong actor, often putting on roles in real life. Sometimes to mess with people, or trick them, or to help in an awkward situation. He can act angry, sad, happy, drunk, depressed - but not straight.
- Determined ::: When he sets his mind on something, he goes for it. Whether it is an interview, a casting role or audition, crushing someone or on a mission. That is why when he wants to find who he is, he goes straight for it. And that is how he has worked so hard for his career.
- Resilient ::: Being famous and gay, he gets a fair bit of criticism, but he waves it off. He is strong, and he has had to deal with it all of his life. He can usual just move past it, except maybe sometimes, but he always gets passed most situations - mostly.
- Fun ::: He is definitely not a boring person! Whether it is going for coffee, a dinner date or partying; Bayley is always up for it. He doesn't like being the party pooper, but killing the party after a long night. Just because he is committed towards his career doesn't mean he doesn't know how to have a good time.
- Confident ::: Bayley is very confident in who he is. He is confident in his sexuality, in his morals and ideals, in his views and thoughts and in his work. He isn't a shifty person, he knows what is happening and what kind of person he is. This is what makes him so resilient, because it doesn't matter what people say because he knows his oppinion is right.
- Spiritual Energy ::: A few days ago, Bayley had something weird happen to him. He is unclear on what he did, but Bayley is intuned with the spiritual world. This means communicating with earth-bound spirits, and harnessing the spiritual power. This allows him, through emotions, to use the spiritual powers of a ghost. This allows him to see and hear ghosts. By harnessing spiritual power, he can 'make things happen'. It gives him telekinetic potential, the ability to distrupt electromagnetic fields and phase through solid objects. If his powers will enhance and gets stronger is unknown, it is all a mystery to him.
WEAKNESSES
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Emotional ::: Bayley is a very emotional person. He cried every minute of 'My Sister's Keeper', so with spirits that cross-over, it may be a bit too much. But since he is an artist, his ability to feel things is more perceptive, which makes situations that little bit more intense for him.
- Oppinionated ::: He is rich. He is prostegious. He is a diva. Bayley has a strong and casually critical oppinion when it comes to thing. His observations are insults, his thoughts are out loud and it makes him sometimes not the best person to be around, especially when he is in a bad mood.
- Stuck-Up ::: He has little bit of a 'i'm great your bad' complex sometimes where he is really stuck-up. Tailor, her agent recieves most of this but also some friends and of-course the press, who she hates a lot.
- Out-Of-Control ::: Bayley is unclear on his powers because, well, he doesn't know what they are. When he gets scared or angry, things break or the power cuts out. Ghosts are all around him and it is like a horror movie marrathon. They are out of control and it makes Bayley - dangerous.
- Holed-Hearted ::: Ever since he was young enough to remember, he had always had a part missing out him. Something in his heart that was wrong or missing. Something that had been taken away, but he doesn't know what. But in due time - he definitely will.
- Confused ::: The fact that he can move things and see the dead is confusing for him. He doesn't know what this means? If he helps ghosts? Helps people? Does something to change his life forever? See, no idea.
LIKES
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Music ::: Bayley is on a TV show called 'Glee', where singing is basically a necessity and is what he loves to do on set and off. He is unsure if he wants to be a singer or a star.
- TV ::: He might be on TV, but he loves to watch it. Mostly old comedies and 80's horror, but he doesn't mind sitting on the couch watching some TV. He is pretty much a movie/tv trivia genius!
- Boys ::: Bayley is gayer then a Kevin Spacey/Anderson Cooper chicken wrap, and what's wrong with that? But seriously, he was picked on for being who he is, but he likes it. He isn't ashamed of who he is, but when it comes to love that is a whole different story.
- Fashion ::: He is not a slob. No way, no how. He loves glamour and being fashionable, but mostly sensible. He definitely emulates his character very well, just not as neurotic. But scalfs, ironed clothes, mostly mono-colors, he isn't a fluro person.
- Talking ::: Talk about a chatabox. He is up for talking with anyone. He is a very sociable and likes to mingle, especially with the same sex but anyways. But more commonly he relates very well to girls, especially the artistic types like himself.
- Female Icons ::: Madonna, Lady Gaga, Sandra Bullock, Eliza Moneli and Cher are just a few of the idols of Bayley's. He loves them all, and helps drive him to achieve his dreams. Little does he know how far being famous is for him in his future.
- Fencing ::: Yeah, he fences. It started as a kind of prostegious hobby to make him look skilled, but he actually likes it. He has been doing it for about four years now, and has gone into competitions and nationals for it.
DISLIKES
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Blood ::: He can't stand it. Ironic for a guy who can see dead people but anyways, he can't stand it. It is just a slight revulsion, not a passing out thing. But it is a top-ten biggest fear.
- The Press ::: They make him sick. He doesn't mind publicity, but when the press have tried to flip his life around and down the drain on more then one occassion. So he chooses to hate them, and it probably won't change because the only thing they care about is getting what they need, despite other people's lives.
- Driving ::: He is one to be driven and not drive. So he limo's it up all the time, to the point that he has a very close relationship with his chauferre/agent Kale who drives him everywhere and goes with him everywhere, where it is more of a friendship then a employee.
- Sports ::: Yeah, no. The End!
- Pandora ::: When you put two divas in a room together, only one is leaving. Pandora Lancaster is a prostegious and a teen dream queen, where Bayley is a well known TV star. It might be jealosy, but the two class far too easily.
- Discrimination ::: Whether it be race, sexuality or anything like that, it is not cool with him. He has been waiting until he was eighteen so he could become an on-the-side gay rights activist to fight against haters. He is proudly gay so he does what he has too.
- Work ::: Yeah, he doesn't do work. Like paperwork, homework, reading scripts half the time. This diva does not like to touch paper unless it is green or has some guys digits on it.
HISTORY
Bayley was born in Salem, Oregon in Saint Anne's Hospital. After he was born, his parents Karyn and Time White went back home to a little Californian town, Clovis. Nothing to extravagant here, just a kid born in a small town with nothing much opportunity wise. Except for passion, and a largely dramatic personality. Bayley, when young, wasn't exactly a social kid. All the other boys were playing tag or playing tricks, but he had a high maturity. He was the stylish kid even when younger, and it really didn't take a rocket scientist to realize that Bayley was going to be gay. He was articulate, sensitive and sassy. He requested ties, gell, and the whole Madonna collection before it went bad and socialized with girl. But a main thing he had was a passion for the arts. He idolized Sandra Bullock, and loved cabaret and loved the theater, so when roles would open his parents made sure he got any experience he could. Including drama classes and auditioning for roles at a very young age. When young, the first show he was involved in with community theater was West Side Story. He also starred in a production of The Sound of Music as the character Kurt. At the age of eighteen, Bayley starred as Russel Fish in Russel Fish: The Sausage and Eggs Incident, a short film where an awkward teenager must pass a Presidential Physical Fitness test or fail gym class and lose his admission to Harvard University. He got the roles he needed, not to mention taking school by the reigns.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
He wasn't one for mass amounts of educational things. Not that he was stupid, just if it wasn't something he loved then he remained uninterested. After elementary, he went to high school where his extra-curicular activities began to rise. While a student at Clovis East High School, Bayley was involved with the speech and debate program, where he won many speech and debate champion titles, including placing ninth in the State Competition for Dramatic Interpretation, the drama club, the FFA and was president of the Writer’s Club, editor of the school's literary magazine, and captain of Destination ImagiNation. As a high school senior, he wrote, starred in, and directed a spoof of Sweeney Todd entitled "Shirley Todd", in which all of the roles were gender-reversed. One of his real in-school experiences was later turned into a sub-plot for his character on Glee, when the high school teachers denied him the chance to sing "Defying Gravity" from the musical Wicked because it is traditionally sung by a woman. His grandmother, a minister, let him sing the song in her church. His high school life wasn't all fun and dandy though. He was bullied, whether it be because he is a drama kid or because he was gay, so after years or torment but holding his head up high he decided to transfer to a private school, and finished his high schooling, which lead to his main role in the TV Show, Glee.
Bayley's first TV role came in 2009 when he was cast as Kurt Hummel on Fox's Glee. Kurt is a fashionable gay countertenor who is routinely bullied at school, not only for being gay, but also for being part of the very unpopular Glee Club. Bayley auditioned for the part of Artie Abrams, who uses a wheelchair, a role which eventually went to Kevin McHale. The show's creator, Ryan Murphy, was so impressed with Bayley that he created the role of Kurt specifically for him, and in the process, scrapped a planned character called Rajish so they could add Kurt. Murphy explained in the season two finale of the Glee Project that Bayley was the inspiration for the project show because he didn't fit the role he auditioned for but was still "incredible and special" so a role was created for him. As Kurt in the hit show, Bayley had given his own personal experiences to Ryan Murphy about his experiences, about what he had to go through being who he was.
Now days, Bayley is still on Glee alongside the cast and living his dream, singing and acting for the public leading into a season 4. But something has changed. His mind is elsewhere, and his intentions are being severely jeopardized by something - he can't really put his finger on it. Whether it is second thought or something else, he isn't sure. But what it is is something he would never of imagined. But only a few days ago, he opened his eyes at the set of filming Glee Season 4, when he saw them. The mutilated faces of a 60's actor, moving around the set. It terrified him, and he didn't know what was going on. But when he got scared, screamed actually the power blew the whole studio, and Bayley was left confused. What was happening to him? Why now? But now, whenever he goes around places he sees them. The dead, moving around looking for answers as he tries to ignore them. And if he gets angry, upset or scared weird things happen around him. What he doesn't know is that his whole life wasn't real, his whole existence since birth was flawed because it was orchestrated, not destiny or real.
In the present time in an alternative universe, Bayley was much different. He was a singer at a bar in Los Angeles, having moved their with his brother Rodney. But what he saw as someone to help look after him, Bayley had no idea he was actually a liability to Rodney. The actions of Bayley lead to Rodney becoming a hunter much earlier than expected and only a week ago, Rodney died by the hands of Far'decrae. But this was not supposed to happen. The Angel's above knew that Rodney had a role to play in the grand scheme of things, and they had to do something. If not, then the world could possibly end. So they took action. Harnessing the powers of the heavens, they went back in time to the birth of Bayley. No, they didn't kill him, it was against their morals. But they used their powers to pose the corpse of a duplicated dead Bayley, and put Bayley in the crib meant for Karyn and Tim White. Bayley was completely stripped from Rodney's life, and was sent on a different path and away. But destiny is tricky, it will always lead you where you need to be. What the Angel's didn't know that by making contact with the baby Bayley, he was 'touched by an angel'. This changed him, giving him the bound abilities to see the dead, communicate with them and also harness spiritual power. But now, the Angel's will watch as a now useful Bayley will inevitably fall back into his brother's life - and even his older brother's life with his own role to play, and a bigger destiny then you can find on a teleprompter.
