STRENGTHS
[muscle memory] mason has the ability to mimic any move that he sees as long as it is humanly possible for him to do it. for instance if he sees someone doing black belt level jujitsu he will be able to do the exact same thing. if he sees someone do a back flip off of a wall then he could do it as well. he just has to see it done and then he can do it. whether he sees it in person or on the television does not matter. what his eyes can see his body can perceive. he has been able to do this for as long as he can remember and doesn't really know why he can do it. it has gotten more advanced as he has gotten older and he can perform tougher and more dangerous moves now. makes fighting really easy.
[intelligence] mason has always been a smart kid. always getting straight a's and generally referred to as the class wiz. of course he isn't a genius and he has come across plenty of people that are smarter than him. he has a love of learning though and makes it a priority to learn from his daily life. he figures that if he doesn't learn and maintain the information around him then what is the point of doing anything at all in life. he wants to go somewhere in the world and is driven to do well it the things that he does.
[empathy] he is a very empathetic person. he can put himself in someone else's shoes and see their perspective fairly easily. he doesn't like to see people in pain and wants to help them if he can. it is a nice change from a lot of the jerk guys that are usually hanging around. when he asks someone how they are he is actually asking because he cares, not because he wants something from him. this has made it pretty easy for him to keep lasting and close friendships.
[reservation] mason is a reserved person. he isn't shy but he knows his boundaries. he won't push someone past their comfort zone and will rather take the time to get them to open up. he knows when someone doesn't want help and he won't keep pushing his help on them. but he also can tell when someone does want help and is just to shy or proud to admit it.
[open] mason is a very open person. there isn't much that bothers him. he is always willing to take in other perspectives and opinions. he won't judge anyone either. he is a bisexual and so he knows what it is like to be judged and treated badly by closed minded people. he has vowed to never treat people the way he has been treated.
