Okay, so I know I said I was going to head to bed, but before I do that, I wanted to post this to see what you guys thought. So, I'm a member of another site, which is just about dead now because people claim to be 'museless' so to speak. This is my view on that issue. If someone has a character and has plots with other characters, I don't think it's fair to the people being plotted with to not be full of muse. Especially if the character created is for a wanted ad. They put that thread up, so their story can move on a little further. Wouldn't you want the same thing in return for someone to keep posting with you? And if someone does feel museless, than I would say to try to make things more interesting, because waiting for the muse to magically appear probably isn't going to make it happen any faster. *sighs* okay i'm done. Thoughts? Comments? Please let me know what you are thinking? Do you agree with me? Do you absolutely hate me for saying this? lol SPEAK!

The way I view it, if you have a good plot between two characters/chemistry you will never be museless.

I've been on a site that happens to and I just keep chuggin along. But then lack of muse isn't an issue for me usually.

I can admit to having these "museless" moments, though it is usually just a long day IRL. I can agree though, if you are museless then it can usually just mean you're bored or something in the RP needs to change. Or if you're like me, it comes from creating like nine characters, creating a bunch of threads and then realizing you can't possibly keep up with them all. Haha, I have to force myself down to a certain amount of characters on some sites just so that I don't bury myself, I have a problem when it comes to having ideas for new characters but not enough time or energy to keep up with them all. I tend to bite off more than I can chew.
I definitely agree with this though. As long as both sides are actively trying to keep it interesting, it's pretty hard to find yourself without some sort of reply.

Well said, Jordan. I agree with that for sure. I have had my days, but like you said its not exactly a muse issue, it's more of feeling the need to get on and not really wanting to because it's been a hard day. I am also one to make multiple characters too and then find myself in a rut haha. It never fails. That is why i'm not taking every single wanted ad in here lol. But yeah i think having more characters can be a good way to keep things interesting. That way you can jump around and not have to just play one character all the time, you know? Although, some people do use just one character and are completely fine with developing him/her to the max. And may i just say how many talented people you find on roleplaying sites of all places haha. Seriously, it is crazy! Sorry, that was off topic lol. That is seriously one of the hardest things though about making characters in a story. Being able to develop that character and stick to his or her true self, which on roleplay sites I find that to be not a problem at all for members.
