After seeing Marina off to be examined Rodney notices a note in the pocket of her robe has fallen out after the police collected it for evidence. It says the following:
After reading the note, Rodney realizes the only way to deal with Reginald is to end him. He goes to leave and misses Diana's reaction to the news when Logan takes her aside. Trenton, next to Diana snarls and puts his hand through the drywall of the hospital and Trenton and Diana excuse themselves. Deciding to follow Rodney, the two vampires see that he has managed to Track down Reg at one of his cabins. Rodney steps out of his car seeing Reg from the doorway and ask to talk to him. Smirking Reg refuses to speak to him making a rude remark, but Rodney, enraged that Reginald is so calm about what he did rushes up and drags Reg out of the house. After punching him in the face Rodney says he will end him when Reginald breaks his grasp and transforms into his demonic state. Tossing Rodney aside and not caring that Rodney is in and out of consciousness because he hit a tree.
Reginald turns around to see Robert there with Diana and Trenton and the three surround him using their vampiric strength to subdue him after a massive fight that leaves chunks in the ground and broken trees everywhere. Robert backs off at Diana's insistence and sees Rodney nearly unconscious. Picking the boy up he tells Diana he will meet her and Trent at the hospital when they are done and he rushes Rodney to the ER with his vampiric speed where Rodney is healed by Logan before he passes out from what he has seen.
Meanwhile, Reginald, Diana and Trenton fight. Reginald taunts Trent with his inability to even be with Mari without trying to drain her and Trent weakens him by feeding. Reginald goes to use the amulet to fight them but it and the gloves backfire on his as per Corvin's plan and Diana, in a fit of maternal rage, stabs him with a ritual dagger, as he is dying, she hangs him from a tree and leaves a note for the police to find where he confesses to having raped his daughter and he cannot live with the guilt of what he has done.
Diana and Trent cover their tracks and Diana has a vampire call and place an anonymous tip about Reginald. The media eat the news up like wolves and Marina's friends come out in support of her during her difficult time asking that the press give her time to heal and recover from her ordeal.
