PALMER ROY EVANS
Palmer Evans | 17 | Straight | Next Generation - Good | Full Time Vampire Hunter | Josh Hutcherson[/color][/font][/CENTER]
STRENGTHS
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Mental Abilities ::: Palmer gained the powers of the Evans' shaman decent. With this, he didn't gain access to magic but a series of mental mystical powers. His main ability is telepathy; granting him the ability to hear the thoughts of other people and beings. Along with this, he has the ability to project into other peoples minds to find things out, and even astral project out of his body. Though an offensive ability is psychic blasts, granting him the ability to physically attack people and things with his mind.
- Leadership ::: As the eldest brother of two siblings, he takes a good role of leadership for his family. Palmer is decisive and knows how to make the hard decisions, and portrays a strong arm for his siblings as the Next Generation.
- Computer Wizz ::: He doesn't really like to admit it, but Palmer has extensive knowledge when it comes to computers. Like a really, really good understanding. He can hack, forge and access data that he shouldn't know yet. Specific skills that he learnt in the future that could really help in the present.
- Loyal ::: To his family and his friends, Palmer is a very loyal and dedicated person. He doesn't let someone fall on his watch, her won't run away and leave someone behind. He will fight for who he believes in, for who he believes in.
- A fighter ::: Palmer knows that in this line of business, you must fight to survive. He is skilled in martial arts and more importantly; weapons. Crossbows, guns with wooden bullets and even axes and bowstaffs. From the future, he keeps a high-tech retractable brow staff on his back.
- Independent ::: He doesn't need anyone else, just himself. He doesn't depend on someone to watch his back, but insists on being there for others. He has a severe hero complex for a seventeen year old. When it comes to battle and leading his siblings, he takes full responsibility. He isn't an irresponsible person, but very unreasonable.
WEAKNESSES
[/BLOCKQUOTE]
- Un-Open ::: Palmer definitely isn't an open book. He doesn't open up easily, whether it being trust issues or the fact that he knows everyone elses business but shuts off when it comes to his. He opens up to his siblings sometimes when he isn't the controlling older brother, and apart from that he really hasn't had much reason to open up to anyone. Thus making it easy to keep the truth from the brothers and the rest in the present.
- Stubborn ::: Palmer is an unreasonable person and is always right, always subjecting to arguments. If you try to prove that he is wrong, he will prove to you that he is right. When you try to tell him what to do, he won't listen. If their is any control tried to put over him, he won't abide it. He really is his father's son.
- Moody ::: He is an extremely moody person. Not necessarily bipolar but definitely has his moodswings. From happy to broody, from angry to sad, from sad to angry. It is a vicious cycle and you new know which side of Palmer you are going to get.
- Illogical ::: When his mind is set on an idea, he fully believes in it. Even if it possibly could have a fierce repercussion on him. He can come up with some crazy ideas, and sometimes they actually do pan out. But sometimes they also don't, which gets to him and takes a large strike at his leadership ego.
- Untrusting ::: Palmer has severe trust issues. He finds it hard to let people in, to allow someone to be with him unless he knows them and they spring out some way to trust someone. And if you break this sacred trust perception he has, it won't be easy to regain his trust back. He is hard headed and arrogant, all part of the Palmer package.
- Side-effects ::: Though he has good control over his mental powers, Palmer still has side-effects. The thoughts constantly go through his mind, causing head aches. When creating mental blasts, it can lead to severe migranes and projecting can be tricky, if something goes wrong his mind could be blown (literally!).

HISTORY
Palmer was born in 2013 to Xzavier Evans and Lily Collins on April 26th. He wasn't like other kids, he was different. Lily would call him 'special' but the Brother's knew solely that the kid was going to be strong. As a kid in a growing world, he found comfort in a lot of things. Cars for one, and even when Cars 3 came out and he was chubby little toddler it still amazed him. He just loved the engines, and it was lucky that his dad was a mechanic. His father put him into kung-fu, judo and self defense classes at a very young age and Lily helped him in an at-home dojo. It was unique, and exactly what a growing hunter needed. That's right, Palmer was going to be a vampire hunter, just like his parents and his grandparents. Not to mention his uncles and cousins. He grew up around his whole family who provided a great influence. Xzavier constantly showed him what it was to be a man, Axel showed him what it was to fight for something. Lana showed him that it was okay to be cute sometimes and Ev showed him the most important thing; how to control his powers.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
They found it out when he was really young. Xzavier at first didn't know what it was until Ev figured it out. It seemed that since the shaman line had hit the Trinity Brothers generation, it kickstarted some ancestral powers within Palmer. More specifically on the magical side. He wasn't granted access to magic, but he had mystical powers non-the-less. It started just after his baby sister was born, and he tired to find his parents when she was crying. He couldn't find them, but then heard their voices. Xzavier was tied up in the basement by a demon with an unconscious Lily. Xzavier was gagged, but Palmer could hear his thoughts. He was worried and it scared Palmer, so he called Ev and Axel for a surprise attack. It worked, and he told his parents that he could hear their thoughts. It was extraordinary.
Since Palmer had powers apparently, he was put through mental and physical training. He was always smart but used his powers for the wrong things. Finding secrets and telling rumors, humiliating people and even sending mental messages to other people. It wasn't good, but he soon learnt that he couldn't do that through more demon attacks, and trying to use his powers for good. Through training, Palmer was only twelve when he found he was able to project into people's minds. When his telepathy went on its first burn-out, he tried to focus on peoples minds in order to read minds, but sent himself into their mind and communicated with the subconscious. It was amazing, but also triggered the ability to astral project out of his body. It was a whole new level on Evans powers, which made his responsibility bigger. Especially when his youngest brother was born and he was being trained to look after them since according to a prophecy Jayla and Everette found, it was their destiny to follow in their parents footsteps.
In highschool, things were hard for Palmer. Keeping up grades while being very enthusiastic about his training, battling badguys while being on the football team. Not to mention he became an honor student in advanced computer science and learnt a few things he probably shouldn't have. It was only when he was fifteenth and his girlfriend was murdered by a dragon tailer, a demon with dragon like qualities did he get super serious. Nothing else mattered, only the fight. He kept with school and tried to keeping things normal, but he hunted everynight. But it was only a year ago when everything went completely wrong. Palmer didn't know of the evil, but it rose and war began in Los Angeles. Whatever it was, it got the Brothers and their friends suited up for battle. palmer wanted nothing more but to help, but he was forced to stay hidden at home with Lily and his aunt while they went to fight. Eli and Lana died, along with his uncle Axel. But his surviving father and uncle came back after being defeated, and that is when Ev gave them their task.
They were ready for it. Channing was still so young and innocent, but his powers packed a punch. Nessa was a clawing kickass and Palmer, he was willing to help the world with his siblings and look out for them. Ev told them to go back to 2012, to help fight the evil and help exterminate it so it can't band up like it did. And to await the big evil that ruined the world. With this, Ev used his magics in his wounded state to send them back one at a time. First is was Nessa, and then it was Palmer and then Channing. It was a war they had to fight, and through the fabric of time Palmer is here, in Los Angeles and ready to fight.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Palmer is the head of the Next Generation and the eldest of Xzavier and Lily's siblings. It is his job to help him and his siblings fight the evil alongside his family, in order to stop what happens in the future. In Los Angeles in present time, Palmer will integrate into highschool with his cousin and his sister where even more weirdness will ensure, but keep his primary goal on exterminating evil and more importantly; making sure his parents get back together. He only has one year before he is born, and one year to ensure safety for the future.[/BLOCKQUOTE]
