Philip wasn't in town for that long yet, but he had still already managed to get himself the Drama instructor at the college, where they were pretty impressed with his acting skills and the singing he let them hear as a part of his demonstration of his skills. It wasn't just to be part of his life here for now in LA that he took the job, he also knew that Mari was at the college, and it so happened that he would have her as one of his students after all, so he could probably get her to be his T.A for a while even.
So Phil had taken the time to go around the office they had given him which was pretty close the the classroom that was his and was just about good enough in his opinion to be good for the drama lessons, but that wasn't his main goal after all, his main goal was Mari, and hopefully even getting her out of this damn city, the smells already sickened him from time to time, everywhere he came there were different smells of different species, some he didn't even recognize, but enough of them he definitely did, and that was enough to make him sick enough, but he was adapting to it luckily, although he doubted at the moment that he would ever get used to it.
After that he had walked around through the hallways, trying to find out where Mari was, which didn't take him much time with asking once and then quickly picking up on that familiar smell of hers. He walked casually that way first to follow her and when he was close enough, luckily noticing that it was pretty close to his office, he walked to her when he saw her and grabbed her, not too hard to scare her, but enough to stop her and turn her around. 'Hey Lovely, it's good to see you again, I missed you.' He said in his charming voice and smile on his face as he looked around for a moment and then back to her. 'Come on, so we can have a moment of private to talk.' He said then with a smile again, looking at her eyes for a moment and then softly but good enough pulling her toward his office and pulling her inside before closing the door.

Classes were the usual run around of lectures, notes and homework. The fact that it was hot out didn't help matters overly much. She rubbed the back of her neck as her blue dress swayed in the breeze. The mark from Michael showed on her right shoulder as she moved with a casual gate as she held onto her rolling backpack behind her. She slowed down when she sensed a mind she'd not felt in over three years. Her hand going up to brush her hair out of her eyes in a nervous gesture. Her hair flowed down her back in perfumed curls, Held away from her face save for two curls left to dangle in a very Grecian manner and accenting her flawless makeup. Her eyes looked around and she paused as people streamed around her. Her head ducked down in a submissive gesture as she tried to locate him. She was frightened and it showed as she stood there. Where was he? He was supposed to be dead. Not that she wanted him dead, but it was what she had been told. Her whole life had been reorganized and changed. Her clothing was one of the changes that he'd notice but Trent's mark on her neck and the mark that Michael gave her being other obvious visual cues. Her body cues showed she still at least on an instinctive reaction to the wolf hierarchy. She didn't want to make him angry at her and had no idea what his mindset would be towards her. She felt him grab her and she turned around to face him, her eyes wide with shock as she stared at him, she gripped her bag and then felt him tug her into an office. She followed out of shock and a little fear more than a conscious thought to follow him. Her bag rolling along behind her as she kept a good grip on it. She smiled weakly at him as she tried to cope with the realization that he was in L.A. She saw him close the door behind him and she grabbed a chair to help her with her balance. She pushed her glasses up on her nose and blinked, " Philip...Daddy said you were dead. He showed me a body...." she felt her lower lip tremble and she approached him tentatively, uncertain of his mood. She reached out cautiously and touched his arm, more to see if he was real. Her eyes going to his. She felt confusion and didn't know what she should do. All of this easily read by him as she pulled her hand back not wanting to presume anything, " How are you? What did you want to talk about? I...never expected to see you again...I'm sorry I didn't look for you...." she felt badly. How could she not have seen the mistake and gone looking? " Please...don't hate me. I didn't know...." she shivered slightly and looked down with a flush to her cheeks.

Philip didn't give Mari much time to really go in against him on him grabbing her along, but she followed so that was good enough for him. Once in his office, he turned toward her and pulled up his eyebrows for a moment as he looked at her. 'Yeah, I bet he did, I kind of wondered if he told you or even knew that he had killed the wrong wolf, gave me some time to... Take some time.' He said with a soft laugh as he shrugged his shoulders and stepped closer to her.
He gave her some time when she touched his arm and he smiled at her as he cocked his head to the side while looking at her eyes. 'Oh I'm real, and not a ghost, you don't have to worry about that, it's me in the flesh.' He told her softly while looking at her hand for a moment after that. He could easily spot the confusion and not sure of what to do in her eyes, but that only was actually the response that he had been hoping for, it meant that he still had an impact on her, which he could totally use to his advantage in this.
Philip looked somewhat surprised because some of his hidden anger faded a bit toward her at least when she apologized for not looking for him, and then how she asked him to not hate her because she didn't know. As he saw her body shiver slightly and looked down with a flush on her cheeks. He stepped forward and put his hands on her cheeks as he made her look back into his eyes again. 'I don't hate you, you know I couldn't, I'm here now aren't I?' He asked her softly and with a charming smile.

"I didn't know. After you sent me back to my father I didn't know what to think. The medication scrambled me for a while and then I was too busy trying to move out on my own...which didn't work." she sighed and bit her lip as he moved closer. She could feel the warmth from his body heat even through the suit he wore. "I'm so confused I mean I thought sending me back to my dad pretty much meant we were broke up. That's what he said anyway..."
She let her hand drop and nodded, "I see that. Its a surprise." she said a bit honestly as she tried to sort out her feelings on the matter. She'd grieved for him a long time even as she set about building a new life and knowing that their relationship was destructive. It had given her time to see how much she had traded being under her father's thumb for Philip's. It was this knowledge that scared her. Was she doomed to find men who were all controlling? She hated the idea that she walked around with a big sign that said "Abuse victim; all power hungry assholes apply here!"
She was heading into dangerous territory here and she knew it. She needed to stop this run away train before it started. Looking into his eyes as she felt his hands on her face she spoke softly, "Philip, things have changed. My father...well he's arraigned for me to date someone that he and my stepmom both approve of. It wasn't something I was consulted in, but its something everyone else thinks is a good thing." she closed her eyes, "Its complicated. My family wants it." she shivered because she was afraid of his reaction, "I've got projects here I'm working on as well. Things I'm doing to help people, good things. Its just...my life isn't as simple any more. Its not just about me running off and running away from my problems." she opened her eyes, "I've got a brother I didn't even know I had, a cousin that just came into town...in short life happened." She held very still, not sure what might set him off.

Philip held his head to the side as he listened to what Marina explained about how she didn't know what to think after sending her back but also about the medication. At the mention of that he put his hands in the pockets of the jacket of the suit he was wearing and shrugged then before looking at her with a smile. 'That was a neccesity.' He said simply but with a charming smile on purpose, hoping that it would distract her from asking further. He sighed and lowered his head yet again for a moment at the mention of what her father said and for a moment he looked at her seriously. 'I bet he did, he knew more or less what was happening, how this would affect the both of us, and in the end he thought he had dealt with me, when he just made a stupid mistake, leaving me with the money that he gave me, to give me time to get used to what I had become.' He explained as his tone got more calm and a smile appeared again halfway through his explanation to that.
Philip felt how Mari let her hand drop and his eyes went to that hand for a second before looking back into her eyes on purpose as he cocked his head to the side again with the smile present again on his face. 'Is it too much of a surprise? You seem a bit overwhelmed? Although... It does only show after all that you still care for me, about us.' He said as he took one of his hands out of his pockets and placed it on her cheek again. 'After all, I never even thought that you would forget about me, although I have heard some things about you having moved on?' He asked her as the charming smile stayed on his face, but his eyes were more serious, showing that he actually expected her to give him some kind of explanation to that, because he knew some things, he wasn't informed that well yet, but his information source was getting better and bigger.
'Ah yes, family wants it, it stays a familiar thing with you doesn't it Mari? Always listening to what the family wants of you? And now you don't have just your father to deal with, but also your stepmom? And let me guess...' He said as he had walked around her for a moment before he ended up back in front of her. 'She's one of the vampires you're dealing with, just like I heard this guy you're talking about, is one of those too.' He said and just as he did, he narrowed his eyes at just simply the mention and the idea of vampires. 'Shh, shh, there's no need to explain everything, I can see it in your eyes, you can say whatever you want, but you should remember, things were never really simple with us to begin with, I mean me being turned into a werewolf? That's not really something that I had thought would happen.' He started softly as he stepped closer to her, stroking her cheek and putting his other hand on her side softly while leaning closer with his head to hers. He wanted to say something at first, but then decided otherwise, and instead just closed the distance between them and pushed her lips against hers in a kiss.

"I didn't know what to think." she shrugged and looked away as she stared at the ground and tried to focus her thoughts, "I'm not judging you for that just explaining why I didn't go looking." she admitted with a shrug.
She looked down at the ground even as he touched her cheek, "Philip there is a lot that's happened since I left. I'm not the same person I was. I've changed. Not in a bad way but I want different things now. I'm not the same dorky girl you knew back in Virginia." his looking into her eyes was unnerving her. She didn't want him to think he had permission to do anything.
"Well...you were dead and dad had plans and its not like I've done anything naughty." she said as she looked up at him, "What did you expect me to do? Sit and mourn for you for the rest of eternity? I did for a long time but eventually dad insisted I move on and you know how he is." she shrugged and looked at him dully, her eyes showing sadness. "I don't know what you know and why have you been spying on me?" she asked him as she looked at him warily.
"My mom treats me decently and so does Trent." she said firmly, "What does it matter what they are? I'm a cupid myself so you have no right to get all judgmental about being different. I mean its not like I even knew you were alive I did the best I could given the situation." she got a stubborn look in her eyes. She wasn't going to let him dictate to her. She turned to keep meeting his gaze not wanting to keep her back to him because it made the hair on the back of her neck rise.
"Philip your being a werewolf wasn't the problem your hurting me was. You broke my collar bone and cheated on me that's not something I can just shrug off you know." she tried to move back and give herself some room but his hand was around her waist and then his lips met hers as she froze in place. Completely at a loss as to what to do next. She felt her body start to react to the kiss and she closed her eyes even as she tried to fight it. Putting both hands on his chest to give her some distance. She had to keep a level head here. She couldn't let him fill her head with promises and hormones. It was just so hard to think...She lost track of time as he kissed her. It was like her world had stopped for a moment. When she could catch her breath she looked at him, trying to think of what to say before he tried to kiss her again but her mind was drawing a complete blank from just being overwhelmed. "Philip, things are different....there is so much going on you don't know about. I mean my life is complicated now. I can't just make out like a teenager in your office, what if people see us? Its not proper." she sighed a bit and ducked her head a bit It wouldn't truly stop him if he wanted to keep kissing her but she was trying to keep some coherency between them.

Philip listened to Mari but he didn't really respond to how she said she didn't know then what to think, or how she said that she wasn't judging him him for that, but that she was just explaining why she didn't go looking for him. He had known she didn't come, and at first it had made him mad, maybe a part of him still was, but there were bigger pictures to keep in mind for getting her back, and those were more important now.
He laughed softly when her words rang through his head, again about things had changed, how she had changed and how she wasn't that girl anymore that he knew back in Virginia, but it wasn't really an answer that he took so easily, he didn't believe it so easily, he was sure that he could see differently in her eyes to begin with too. 'Have you considered that I know all of that? That maybe it's even a good thing? For the both of us that we have changed? Matured?' It wasn't really as simple as that, he was pretty sure she knew that as well as him, but that didn't matter.
'Annoying? Violent? With a too big an ego to even be allowed to exist?' Phil asked her a bit sharper now with his eyes narrowing a bit when he heard what she said about her father and then shook his head as he kept his hand stroking her cheek and looking straight at her. 'You seem to forget I know you Mari, even though you might think that's changed, putting everything on your father won't help..' He said as he sighed and looked down on purpose as if he was thinking. 'I just know, that is most important, and of course it matters what they are, they're vampires! In a way it simply comes down to a demon that never really got that far.' He said sharply and clearly determined to not start thinking otherwise. He kept looking at her and his eyes went to her neck for a moment and then cocked his head once he noticed the mark there and narrowed his eyes some more. 'Yes... i can see that.' He said simply and not happy clearly about her having done the best she could given the situation.
A sarcastic laugh then escaped Philip's lips as he looked up at the ceiling and then back right into Mari's eyes for what she said about what the problem hadn't been about him being a werewolf, but what it had been in her opinion. 'So I understand correctly when it seems that you don't think that had anything to do with becoming a werewolf either? Obviously you have no idea how it is, how many changes it brings to your body, to how you feel.' He said as he narrowed his eyes again and then shook his head. The reaction to his hands on her cheek and around her waist and how she had clearly reacted with her body too to how he kissed her, it only gave Philip more reason to do it and he smiled when she heard what she said, moving his eyebrows playfully for a moment. 'It's not proper? Seriously? Maybe that's just the point, with everything being so complicated, to for once do something that's not complicated and proper?' He asked her softly before lifting her up and putting her on his desk and stepping closely against her again on purpose before he kissed her again.

"Philip...its not that simple and you know it." she said softly as she shifted slightly, standing here was staring to tire her out. "I realize you don't agree with me but the fact is that I can't change what has happened. Trent may be a vampire but he's never hurt me, Philip. Something I would think you'd be grateful for instead of judging me. The same thing you say about vampires could be said about werewolves and you know it." she sighed and looked down at the ground. He wasn't listening to her as usual. He had his mind made up.
"So what was I supposed to do? Let you keep hurting me and cheating on me like some broken woman with no spine or mind of her own? I'm sorry you had these changes happen to you but it hurt me what you did. Deeply and I have no proof you wouldn't do it again if given the chance. I mean I know its hard but what am I supposed to do?" she asked him as she looked into his eyes and closed her own sadly. She subconsciously touched her mark and wished Trenton was here. He'd never have put her in this position, at least she'd hope he wouldn't. She exhaled slowly. "Trent bit me. He said it would keep me safe. He did it for a good reason."
She sighed softly and tried to collect her wits about her, the past was reminding her of better times with him as he projected his emotions at her, "This is too much I can't...I can't think straight. Its too much to take in." then he was lifting her up and putting her on the cold metal desk and pressing in close, "Philip..." she felt his lips against hers and his need. A soft purr came from her as she was wrapped in his emotions. She gasped as she tried to come up for air, "Philip you're not listening to me. Please, just stop and listen." she pleaded as she broke the kiss again and put her hand up so he'd stop kissing her long enough to talk.
"We can't do this. I can't do this. Maybe you think proper is a load of bunk but its kept me safe thus far and I think it would be better if we just didn't make out in your office." she looked at him and tried to figure a way down from the desk that didn't involve sliding against him in some fashion and sighed. She wasn't impulsive as he was. "I'm going to be late for class." She was going to go straight to her advisor and change her major. There was no way she was going to be in drama with him. She'd been thinking about taking psychology and now was a good time at the start of the semester.

Philip sighed for a moment and looked away with that, trying to keep his frustration under control for her coming up in his opinion or the Vampires and this vamp that she obviously seemed to like even though she might not even fully admit that herself. 'Maybe, but unlike most vampires who do it every night when they have the chance, sucking someone dry, we Werewolves can keep ourselves under control much easier with some training, something those vamps don't even seem to want, but I'm not even going to go into a discussion about this with you, it's obvious they've gotten to you.' He said as he shook his head and looked at her again.
'Come on now Mari, are you really going to play that card on me? That you have no proof of that I'm going to hurt your again or not?' He asked her seriously as he narrowed his eyes while pulling up his eyebrows soon after. 'I can always bring up the subject of how much I know of how your father is after all, and how you still easily enough get to be under his control, how you let yourself get tossed around, and because what? He's just stronger than you? Because he's your father?' He asked her before he shook his head. 'If I compare it to that, you don't even have the right to bring that up to me, I just changed, I didn't know what to do with myself, I hope I don't have to tell the difference with that of your fahter.' He said pretty much frustrated and defensively and in counter offensive soon enough on purpose. 'Oh the Vampire boy did didn't he? And since then how much has it actually kept you safe?' He asked as he cocked his head to the side.
Philip didn't really listen too much then when Mari started about how this was too much, how she couldn't think because of how it was too much to think, but neither did he really listen when he had lifted her up onto the desk and started kissing her again and she tried to stop him. He had quickly grabbed her hand that she held up and put it down while looking at her and listening then before cocking his head to the side a little more again. 'No, proper isn't exactly a load of crap or whatever, it's your excuses that are, I mean have you even taken the time to listen to yourself? You keep saying that you CAN'T do this, that we SHOULDN'T, but the biggest thing keeps missing and I think you can't even say that, because unlike what you're trying to convince me and even yourself of, you want this, you want me, as much as I want you.' He said as he grinned after that and stroked her cheek again with his other hand, still holding his body close against her so she couldn't really get off the desk that easily. 'Oh you mean my class? Because if you're thinking of changing, you can't, I already made you accept this one, I still know my way around "cheating" a few things here and there.' He told her with a smirk again of how he had thought about that, her probably wanting out of having to be in his class and drama with him, but he already planned on totally not making that easy for her. He kept smirking a bit for a moment, before he yet again kissed her on purpose, still being pretty much sure that she wanted it even though she didn't admit it to herself and would cave in soon enough.

She could sense that he was getting frustrated and a frustrated Philip was never a good thing for anyone. She ducked her head and held up a hand as if to wave a white flag of truth. Choosing not to answer him rather than piss him off. What she had to say would have been mean and pointless.
"If my father is such a horrible man compared to what you are WHY did you send me back to him? Do you know what it was like? What I went through? You don't know." she said the last softly as she tried not to let her voice crack and tears fall. They filled her eyes and she closed them for a moment. She hugged herself and didn't meet his eyes, "You put me through hell and then you just passed me off like an old pair of shoes."
"Well since he bit me no lesser vampire has tried to attack me." she said simply. She wasn't trying to anger him just being up front. Dealing with Philip was letting her see how good she had it with Trent and Rodney. If this kept up Rodney was going to start wandering the halls looking for her. He knew her class and what room it was. It wouldn't take much for him to find this place.
"Philip its not like that. You know the difference between attraction and love. I know you do. You also know there is a vast difference between random hook ups and loving someone. You can't expect me to just pick up where we left off. I haven't even had sex and you're trying to get me to make out with you in an office. I don't even know what you want from me." he grabbed her hand and pushed it down and she looked up at him wide eyed as he basically told her she wasn't getting out of his class or her major. She exhaled quietly and began to shake as he pressed against her, "How could you do that? You had no right! I choose what classes I take, not you and I choose my major! Even my FATHER never did that." she felt him press a kiss onto her again and she growled angrily at him, gritting her teeth as she jerked away and then shoved him "No! You don't get the right to tell me what to do any more, to be honest you NEVER had the right to do it." If she managed to budge him she would slide off the desk and move away in a huff. If not she glared at him, "I'm not your property you have no right to make decisions for me! How dare you show up here after three bloody years, after you hurt me and then sent me away and expect me to just fall back in line? Who the hell do you think you are anyway? You think because you're attractive I'm just going to spread my legs like some desperate pimpled faced teen? I didn't have sex with you in Virginia and I'm sure as hell not going to do it on a cheap metal desk in an office that is the size of my closet!" Her temper made her eyes flash with inner fire as she stood up for herself. Her eyes narrowed, "Now get the hell out of my way." she growled the last in a tone that any wolf would understand. The alpha female was enraged and about to tear into someone. "Attraction is not the same as love. There is a difference. I don't want to lose my virginity in an office. And I'm not ready to lose it yet to ANYONE so don't get all bent and worried about what someone else might get what you haven't. I want to have sex when I am ready and not before so stop bullying me into it."

Philip soon rolled his eyes and turned around for a moment in frustration before turning around again and pointing his finger at her and then at him. 'You listen to me, it was either that and know more or less what I was putting you through or being sure that I would have killed you! I could feel it Mari, I can still feel it often enough, it just doesn't control me as much anymore, not when I'm in this form, but it loves to kill, it can't get enough of it, and first chance it got, it would actually have killed you, so yes, I did put you through Hell, I did sent you with that monster, but all so that you could live another day.' He said as he looked at her and then shook his head with a small sarcastic laugh that said he was convinced she wouldn't believe it anyway most likely.
Again Philip rolled his eyes and then made a waving gesture with his hand as if trying to say that in this case he didn't really believe it was because of that this Trent had bitten her. 'Honestly, I would think you'd be smart enough to realize that's probably more because of your dearest stepmom stepping up to the Elder plate of being a vampire or whatever than that guy biting you, or it's a combination, I don't really give a damn, it's not right.' He said convinced of that and shaking his head yet again.
He pulled up his eyebrows in a way that told her pretty clearly probably that he didn't understand what she was saying about how she didn't even know what he wanted from her. 'Isn't it obvious? I want things to get back to normal between us, so yeah, I did expect you to just go back to how they were, but things will be better, once you just accept it and come back with me to Virginia, away from all these... "people" that seem to think their abilities and what they are make them exceptions to rules, that make them more special than others.' He said before he looked at her and then nodded a bit thoughtfully. 'Yet in a way, I figured out when I learned about your surroundings, that that is exactly who I need to be if I plan on winning this, if I plan on getting you away from these people that have filled you head with all kinds of nonsense that is driving you nuts, with the crazy and insane stuff that these people let loose on this city, disastrous spells, disaster masquerades, do I really have to continue?' He asked her as he frowned but already shook his head before an actual answer followed. 'Well then you should start realizing that I'm not your father, and I am deciding this, because if I don't, you'll cowardly weasel your way out of my class, which would be a damn waste for multiple reasons, not just ones that have to do with me by the way.' He told her clearly and seriously and also actually believing every word of that himself.
Philip put a small step backward when she said he never had the right to tell her what to do and then how he stayed quiet while listening to what she continued saying after that about her not being his property and how he dared coming back here bla bla bla, at least it were some parts that he took in as bla bla bla. 'I let you go once, because I couldn't handle what I became, because I couldn't handle the killer in e, but believe me, I can now, and I know what I want, and that is you, back, with me, how much more simple can I put it? And besides, let me make myself clear so your brain might work at full capacity again, no one said anything about sex, making out is quite a difference, I mean isn't that what you do lately? Keeping guys on a string? Maybe it's that you can't choose because you just won't admit that your heart still belongs to me, because that's what I'm here for with you, because of that love.' He told her and then put his finger up in case she was going to say anything else right after she growled that last tone at him of getting away. His knuckles made a few cracking noises as he clutched his fist together, just keeping his control of grabbing her firmly by something for that tone against him and how his wolf instantly reacted with him to that. 'Fine, then leave, but remember this clearly, I'm not going to quit or go anywhere, and I wasn't bullying, you just see it as that now.' He said as he slightly grinned and then put another step backward. 'just don't expect to be able to change your major, unless you want quite some attention on you, more than already, and quite some new rumors too, which I bet won't help you much.' He told her and then waved with his hand to the door. 'So go ahead, this isn't over, this is just starting.'

"I can't be a werewolf, Philip. My body rejects the virus. You know this. I tried telling you this. Its because of what I am now. I won't ever be able to be a werewolf. Its not fair for me to step into a role I physically can't be when you could find someone better or stronger. Can't you see that?" she asked him softly.
"And was you biting me right, Philip? I'm not trying to be difficult I'm just pointing out that it means the same thing to them as you biting me did to you." Her anger was mellowing now but it wouldn't take much for it to flair anew.
"I can't go back with you. I have a duty here. I have to stop my brother from trying to kill my father. Its what I've been tasked to do and just so you know it has nothing to do with vampire politics. Its bigger than that." she tried to be calm as she realized both their tempers were flaring and it wasn't good for either of them.
"Philip, I just can't..." she said softly, "I can't be in your class. I realize you think its a waste but my asthma is getting worse. I can still sing but with how much work is involved I wouldn't have the stamina. Plus its unethical. I mean look at what happened when I waked in here. That can't happen in a classroom ever."
"You can't know what your wolf will do. I certainly don't. And we both know that your wolf tends to show up wherever I'm at. I don't want to get hurt again." her anger was starting to cool, "I...." she ducked her head, "I didn't know what you wanted from me Philip. I can't read you like I could before. I've not been around you to know." she ducked her head as he said she had guys on a string, "I never meant for that to happen and you would still be angry regardless of if it was one guy I was dating or not." she looked up at him, "Philip, love doesn't hurt people. It doesn't make them scared." she said this as gently as she could, "What you think you feel. I do not think it is love."
She ducked her head submissively realizing his wolf was coming to the foreground, "I'm sorry, Philip. Forgive me I didn't mean to anger you." she was far more terrified of his wolf than most would realize and the threat of it made her back down. She hugged herself as her body went into as close a pose as she could manage to a female would creeping up to an alpha male that had her in a dangerous position. She was not stupid enough to think she could control him. She knew better and like a she wolf that might snap to get some breathing room once she got it she calmed down. Her eyes flashed fire again as she slid off the desk and straightened her dress, "Its more scandalous if I am in your class. I mean lets be honest. Do you think you could keep yourself from reacting to me? Seriously?" she would normally would never have approached him as close as she stepped now trying to drive the point home, "Could you handle being this close and not doing anything about it? I mean you keep telling me that I secretly want you but you openly want me so how would you hide it?" she slid past him, her body brushing against his as she moved, the silk of her dress and her perfume swirling about him not to mention her pheromones, She walked over to where her bookbag was and bent down to retrieve it, her dress discrete and not showing anything but outlining her curves just by the nature of what she was doing. She rose slowly and her skirt slid back into place. She turned to the side and looked at him, "And if you can contain yourself then why didn't you when you brought me to your office?" She put her hand on the door, letting him see a bit of what he was doing her. "This isn't just about me controlling myself and supposedly wanting you. This is about you knowing you want me. Knowing you want to make me fall back in love you. I don't want to insult you or tease you, but be honest with yourself, Philip, could you keep a professional distance? Could you stand if I had to stage kiss someone? What if they accidentally groped me during the blocking for a scene? You know as well as I do that does happen on accident as much as on purpose. Is it fair to tempt you? Really? Is it fair to bring out the territorial nature of your wolf?" she moved with her bag closer to him, trying to prove a point, "Could you stop from touching me? When we were together even though we never had sex we never were out of reach from each other. We always touched in some fashion. Its the way your wolf works. I know that. And yes, I was afraid your wolf would get out of control because it has been years since we have touched. Can you blame me?" she stood just out of his reach and looked at him, "I don't think you can handle being around me without doing something." she turned and walked towards the door and placed her hand on it slowly once again. Trying to show him that it was as much for his benefit that she wouldn't take his class as her own.
