Zach chuckled to himself as he tried for the third time to get the door to his dorm room to unlock. Seriously? Way to look completely challenged. Oh well, if Lelia didn’t know he was somewhat challenged already, then she had no business being friends…er….whatever she was with him. Zach had assumed they were just friends. I mean they had hung out together and had really connected on a friendship level. But they just clicked so well. Their personalities complimented each other which was mainly because they were so much alike. Leila had been the first girl he had ever met who was fearless when it came to spontaneity. That was intriguing in itself. But what did that all mean? There was one thing that she had said when they had first gotten out of the fountain tonight that was still replaying over and over in his head. ‘We have to add some other sort of risk right?’. Had that been sarcastic or had it really been what Zach had thought it had been. A confirmation that yes it was a-okay for him to move along with some of the things he’d been feeling tonight with her. Zach wasn’t sure if it was just because he missed having that connection with someone, his brain was still stuck on Jace and he needed a break, or he just needed to fill his mind with other thoughts instead of the ones that involved supernatural. Either one was a valid reason to embrace the possibility that he was presented with. And by the issues Lelia was talking about regarding her job, it seemed she was probably just as eager as he was to take her mind off of things for a while.
Zach’s fumbling finally worked and the door opened allowing Zach to clumsily stumble into the room. Zach threw his hood back shaking his head to let some of the water leave his hair. He stepped into the room tossing the key onto his dresser. If you knew Zach, you would have thought that his room would be extremely messy with clothes and textbooks scattered all across his floor, his desk piled with energy drink cans and other things that should probably not be discussed, and his bed unmade. But the room was fairly spotless aside from the small pile of dirty clothing in a basket that hadn’t been taken to the student laundry mat just yet. Zach unzipped his hoodie and draped it over his desk chair. He glanced back at Lelia who was still in the doorway. ”Make yourself at home. Sorry if the place is a bit to clean for you.” He gave her a smirk. He wasn’t even sure if the place she was living at was a mess or not, but it was fun to mess with her regardless. Zach lifted his arm to grip the back of his shirt and pull it forward over his head. Once off, he waded it up and turned towards Lelia to shoot a free throw into the dirty clothes basket by the door. He smiled when he made it. ”Best free throw ever,” he nodded his head at her, ”Am I right or what?” Wet clothing was definitely not something he’d want to sit in. ”Hey, did you need a change of clothes or something? I have some extra basketball shorts and shit if you want?” He was pretty sure she wouldn’t want to sit in them either.

Giggling at him as he fumbled with his keys, she kept nudging him the whole time to make matters worse. "C'mon, c'mon. Open the door, hurry!" she teased, messing with him until he finally managed to get it open. Though once he did it was far from what anyone would have expected out of someone like him. Even she was surprised, after all she knew, that he seemed to be the neatest person in the world. Boy would he hate her apartment then, it was the exact opposite of this for sure. She lived like a tornado in her place, everything was thrown about carelessly once it had been used.
"Man, you would hate my apartment. I sort of live like a tornado there, everything is scattered." she said, laughing as she dripped water on his floor. The entire time she had been checking Zach out from behind, until tonight she hadn't really noticed or given it much thought. He was just that cool guy that made her excited when she saw the caller ID.. oh god maybe she had thought about it. She just never really noticed it, but he was cute, he was fun, but they were just friends right? Rocking on her heels for a moment, she felt awkward as she always did when someone said to make yourself at home. She never really knew what to do with herself.
"So uh, you have a roommate right? Where is he?" she asked, as she went to sit down but realized she was wet still. On top of that, she just now realized how that probably sounded to him, she was more concerned with where the roommate was at? Why would she be? Shaking her head, she tried to keep herself from picturing several likely scenario's as she watched Zach remove his wet clothing and ball it up. As he tossed it into the hamper, he seemed excited by his "accomplishment" which made her laugh. "It might be, I haven't given it a try." she said, winking at him playfully.
Taking off her own hoodie to reveal her soaked through tank top, she shrugged her shoulders. "If you don't mind me borrowing stuff then sure, but I am going to look like a bum in your clothes." she said, laughing. "Since you're taller than I am, it'll all be too big." she said, taking her shoes off. What reason did she really have to be shy anymore? After what they just did it seemed silly to her that she was holding back a bit. "..is it going to be just the two of us for long?" she asked, moving to his desser to look at the things sitting on top of it, assuming there were any.

From the very sexual innuendoes mentioned in the fountain to the constant flirtation of their exchange of words through nudges, smirks, and grins, Zach was almost positive they were on the same page which he honestly had no problem with. It was nice to be connected to someone so well , and that is what he felt with Lelia. She was very open to his wild side even though she seemed a bit uncomfortable or nervous at times with his blunt demeanor. They just seemed to have that chemistry. Not that he was at all looking for anything more than a friendly companion at the moment. He was going through too much at the moment to actually add someone else to the mix…although was it bad that he couldn’t help but think of the many things that he wanted to do to her right now? Of course it was. He had barely even known her, but here they were, in his dorm room, alone, in soaking wet clothing that needed to be taken off, by two extremely attractive people. He couldn’t help but think about the option. The question was was Lelia also thinking about the option?
A smirk spread across his face and he couldn’t help but chuckle when she mentioned that he probably wouldn’t love her apartment. Full on flirtation had kicked in just like it had been all night thus far. ”So, is that an invitation then to inspect your apartment? Because I think that could be arranged.” Zach glanced her way and smirked as he pulled open his the top drawer of his dresser that contained all of his basketball shorts, and boy did he have a ton of them. He figured regardless of her answer to his question, he wouldn’t want her to freeze to death in his room because she was soaking wet with chilled water. He had to find her something to wear. He pulled out two pairs. One for him and one for her. Closing the drawer, he then opened another revealing all of his t-shirts and muscle shirts. And as he dug through his dresser, she asked him a very intriguing question that made Zach very curious as to why it would matter to begin with. A grin spread across his face as he pulled out a white t-shirt and shut the drawer spinning around towards her the smile still present on his face. ”Hmm, yes I have a roommate, unfortunately, but I haven’t seen him in probably about two weeks, so…..I don’t think you have to worry about anyone walking in if that is what you’re concerned about.” Zach chucked the pair of black and white basketball shorts and white t-shirt of his on his bed for her. ”There ya go. Should fit okay.” She made a comment about looking like a bum in his clothes and he laughed. ”And looking like a bum is a problem? Besides, I’m pretty sure you’ll look fine in anything you wear. Even if it is my clothes.” He laughed as he watched her pulling off her hoodie to reveal her soaked through white tank top. Eh, he should probably look away although it was very tempting to continue watching her, she probably wouldn’t appreciate it. Besides he wasn’t even sure if her insinuations were actually supposed to be taken literally. But would it really be a problem? They obviously both thought they were attractive, they had a butt load of fun together, and they both seemed to need to get their mind off of things. Would it really be a problem to move past that friend zone for one night? Zach didn’t think so.
Zach watched as she headed towards his dresser that he had just come from to get her clothes that she had yet to touch. He put his hands in the damp pockets of the basketball shorts Zach had yet to change. He watched as she explored his room a bit. A half smile formed across his lips as she asked if they were going to be alone for long. ”Long enough I’d say. Why?” Zach asked as he tilted his head slightly looking on at her very soaking wet hair dripping all over his carpet and her drenched clothing without moving from that very spot. He knew exactly why she had asked that question. It was settled. They were definitely both on the same page here.

Lelia laughed, shaking her head at him. "That was an invitation if you own a machete to cut your way through the forest of clothes hanging from everything." she said, laughing at the image she was waving. "Bra's hang from stuff like jungle vines." she said, chuckling, maybe that was a bit too much to mention but whatever. She was not shy about how messy she could be, she just assumed it was normal for most people to not pick up alot of their clothes until it was time to do laundry. However like a boy, or most boys, many of them hit the hamper and just laid next to it on the floor. She might have been able to play basketball as well, but that didn't mean she was any good at it.
Pausing for a moment, she wasn't sure if what he was saying was a hint or not. There were those awkward mixed signals just radiating from the two of them, like someone was laughing at their little dance around saying what they meant. With a bright smile, she nodded her head, "Good, I'd rather only have to show one man my sweater puppies tonight anyway." she said, laughing at herself as she watched him fish into the dresser for clothing. It was nice to actually run into someone like him, someone who seemed to be a genuinely good friend, and all around cool person. To think that she found him while she was wandering the streets like some drugged up tramp.
Taking the clothes from him, she smirked at him as he kept trying to turn away, but most likely saw something that made his eyes keep trying to sneak a peek. "Though if you're worried about someone walking in too, we could put a chair up against the door, yeah?" she said, laughing at him. Though she could sense there was some sort of animosity for this roommate of his. If Zach didn't like them, they had to be a complete and utter douche bag then.
"You just like to get women all wet, so you can oogle them, I bet. That's it, isn't it?" she teased, laughing at him. "Like how some guys think a girl looks the most adorable in his shirt." she said, smiling matter-o-factly at him. She was being rather blunt tonight, which was probably the whole reason any of this ever worked out in their favor. Shrugging her shoulders, she lifted the shirt over her head, taking off the wet one but, leaving herself open to him. It seemed pretty dumb to be embarassed now so she decided to just change here.
That was not the only reason however, she was confused but she knew one thing for sure, she didn't want to go home and alone tonight. She wanted to stay somewhere, here, with someone she could stand. But she didn't outright say it, but her heart started to beat faster as she thought about it. No one seemed to get it when he did, no one else seemed to truly understand that she didn't need a stern talking to, a parent, or a maid. She needed someone who could just make her laugh, make her feel good about herself again. Taking a small case out of her wet shorts, she set it on his dresser.
"You tell me why I'd ask, I'll tell you if you're hot or cold.."

Lelia grabbed the clothing out of his hands, and Zach could see the grin on her face as she spoke about the chair against the door.”Nah I don’t think we need to do that.” Zach shrugged. He wouldn’t really be bothered at all if Trenton walked in on something he probably shouldn’t. It would be a change for once. Even though he’d never really walked in on Trenton and Marina doing something naughty, he did walk in on their lovey dovey shit which made him want to hurl. ”Besides, if my roommate did walk in, maybe it would be good for him. He could learn a few things.” Zach wasn’t joking either. Trenton was walking around with Marina for a while now and hadn’t made any moves at all. No wonder why Marina didn’t like him….well he didn’t know that but he liked to assume that no one liked his roommate because he was a complete ass wipe.
Lelia continued on making a comment about getting women wet. He chuckled as he still stood with his hands in his pockets in the same spot. ”Oh wow, Lelia, you caught me. Although I think my definition of oogle is completely different from your definition.” Before he could say anything else, Lelia lifted her soaking wet white top right off of her body. Zach didn’t even try to hide it anymore. His eyes obviously fell on her chest. What man’s eyes wouldn’t? From there they slowly moved up to her eyes. And when she stated her proposal he could only grin smugly. He liked her very blunt attitude tonight. At first she had only been that way slightly, but now she was full force blunt which was a very large turn on right now.
Zach moved the few steps that were between him and Lelia allowing himself to stop right in front of her. He lifted his hand slowly allowing the back of his fingertips to slide up her arm all the way to her shoulder where he brushed a few blonde waves aside. A smirk spread across his faces as he let his fingertips then trace down the middle of her chest descending down her tummy and belly button to the lining of her soaking wet jeans. He stopped there, his eyes flickering up to hers. He held her gaze as his lips hovered over hers. Zach moved his other hand up to her jeans as well. With a very swift movement, he was able to undo the top button of her jeans. ”So, how hot am I now?” He asked with a smirk his lips still hovering.

It was easy to sense the animosity that Zach felt for his roomate, in fact it was probably better to just get off it altogether. Laughing at him, she smiled at the mention of him needing to learn a few things. Now she wondered just what sort of person he lived with, was it some sort of uptight super geek? Perhaps it was some crazy religious person or perhaps even just a lazy slob of a person. The room seemed a bit too clean for that though, unless Zach cleaned it all, which would explain the resentment. There seemed to be an almost painfully awkward silence as he seemed to be contemplating something to himself, which made her raise a brow at him inquisitively.
"At least I didn't have to take you on three dates to find out you're a pervert." she teased as the shirt went over her head. He seemed to be playing along well, reacting to her stupid jokes as she made them. It was pretty funny how much the two of them had going on between each other, yet they sat here dancing around the word friend as if it was some sort of gate between them. Tonight she intended to shatter that barrier, though she was somewhat afraid that the lines of their relationship might blur. The temptation though blocked out the reasoning that she would have applied to the situation though.
As her wet shirt came up over her head, she felt the back of his brushing against her skin. She gave a gentle start, a shiver running down her spine as he came closer. Everything about him made this different than just some other random night at the bar, while her mind was a jumble, part of her suspected that there were alot of feelings for him being buried under everything. It was probably a mistake to let it go further, but she was reknown for being a screw up, this is what she did with her life. Looking into his eyes, she liked this new side of him, this bad boy who seemed to take control of a situation. She had never known that he could be this way, she might have flirted a bit sooner then.
"Is there a scale or should I just show you?" she asked, closing the short distance between the two of them. Locking lips with him, she put her arms around his neck. The roommate's possible re-entrance had been entirely forgotten for now, she would be surprised if they ended up trashing all of Zach's hard work now. Pulling away from him a bit, there was a smirk on her face she bit her lip and looked down at his hand playing at the button to her pants. "Where did this Zach come from?" she asked, laughing.
