He felt alive, everything was perfect and going exactly to his plan. Well, almost. He would have enjoyed manipulating the brothers and his 'boyfriend' a bit more, because it was extremely fun, and saved him dishing out most of the ass kicking himself. Letting them all kill eachother would be enjoyable to watch, however he wasn't too fond of just letting them have all of the fun. Of course, watching was fun, but there was nothing like the feeling of landing an uppercut to a mindless idiot's jaw and feeling their jaw snap. Or cracking someone's neck with simply the grip of his hand on their weak throat. They were all pathetic, those humans. But the patheticness extended even further past humans; everything supernatural alike in this world seemed inexcusable and obsolete. Farra and himself would have their work cut out for them here, as even mindless zombies were of more use than these holigans. However although there was work to be undergone, it would be effortless for them. However will involve a tremendous amount of fun on their behalf.
Walking into the Midnight Bar, he glanced around at everyone inside; sitting, laughing, having a beer. It was pathetic, they all were. He at least thought the supernaturals in this town would be slightly respectable and fearsome; but no, not the case it seemed. As he took another step further in, he was approached and stopped by a big, gruesome looking vampire. He didn't even have to examine the man's physical appearence to ascertain this, he could smell the disgusting and vile stench all over him. He stood, as the vampire begun showing a mocking expression. "Hey, I know this guy. Your not a vampire, so that means, your one of those brothers! Hey boys, we got a picking! Lets see how tough you are without your loser brothers, huh?" The moment the man finished speaking, Axel's hand moved foward so quickly, lunging straight through the heart of the vampire. The stunned vampire's head went down for a brief second, before he turned to a pile of ash. Axel dusted off his sleeve, looking around at those who were now looking rather intimidated and responsive towards him. "Ah...Thats the thing I missed about vampires; it was always so convenient to rip their hearts out, because your shirt didn't become stained. However where is the fun in that!?" He looked around at the others, obviously shocked at what had just transpired.
"What do you want with us...We don't want any trouble, please. Have a few drinks on the house...Ehem..I mean, do whatever you want!" He snickered towards the bartender, moving foward and clasping him by the neck. "Hmm...I might just do that. Feeling bent?" He snapped the man's neck effortlessly, watching as he stumbled on the bar and soon fell to the ground, entirely motionless. "Hey, we have a non-vampire in here. Always makes crunching their neck so much more exciting. Now, before we move foward, is there anyone else here whose neck I can crunch, and they won't turn to dust? Anyone? I'll be able to tell if your lying." He stood there, watching the other people with a smirk as he glanced around at them all curiously, as if reading their expressions or their minds.

Eli should be weilding the first prize in pride! But he never felt so low. Groceries seemed to take for ages, and he tried to make things normal. Dealing with bills and taxes, shopping and living life. It was how things should be. But not for Axel. It was taken from him, and it had been building for a while. He should have noticed the signs. The change in personality and tendancies that he loved that had faded, but he tried to ignore it. Look what that did. He had lost him, and he didn't know what to do anymore. Fruit in the fridge, he gripped onto the bench as he thought. R&B played in the background, not that he was focusing. Depressing country music should be convenient, but too bad he actually had taste. Pilling greens into the refrigerator, he looked to the empty bags and screwed them up. See, this was kind of normal. He wanted to perform a similar action on this bitches neck who killed him, but he had to be strong. He had to let Axel's brothers deal with this for now until Eli could do something. He had to be calm. But once his phone rang, that motion changed.
"Eli! I had a dream, I found where Axel is. He is at Midnight Bar! Do you -". Hanging up his phone on Ev, he hoped in his truck as fast as he could. It could be right now or soon, but Eli had to do something. No more tears, no more denial. Axel had been taken over by something, and he couldn't let him hurt anyone. And he had a feeling that vampires won't be the only thing dying tonight, so Eli had to take initiative. So as he boarded into his truck, slamming the door and speeding out of the driveway, he couldn't think of what would happen. Would he recognize him? Would he know that they loved each other? Was Axel even their anymore? Thoughts weren't exact, so as he pulled out he just felt - scared. Really scared, because who knew who this was in his boyfriend's body. But he couldn't just leave it, and Ev didn't want that either. So taking off down the road, he headed for Midnight Bar. He had killed a vamp or two behind their, so he knew where it was. He just had to kick some serious ass right now, the body of the one he loves or not. Axel wasn't here anymore; something was in his place. Eli felt like it was his responsibility, so he had to do something.
He heard the crunch of the neck. His eyes went wide as he saw it. A mortal falling to the ground, and Axel smirking. Was he putting on a show? Axel had killed someone before, but Eli never thought he would witness it. He had, and it just pissed him off. Fear? Fear was redundant, so he had to take better action. Pushing through the vampires that backed away slowly, he moved towards Axel. Words weren't going to cut it, so he had to do something to get them out of the bar. Charging forwards at a high speed, he could have broken sound as he charged and felt himself crash tackle Axel, charging them both out of the front window behind Axel. Eli felt himself smash through the glass, shards scattering as he grunted. His back hit the pavement, moaning as he rolled across the ground and the glass shards that spiked his back. On the ground, he quickly flipped to his feet. That was action enough! He couldn't just stand their, so he looked at Axel angrily. "And here I was thinking he was dead! Or possessed, in a few minutes it will mean the same thing". He smirked as his fists were held by his chest, ready to attack when he had to. Half vamp or not, he would do anything to make sure whoever this was did not help anyone.

He was enjoying himself too much it seemed, however it would get redunant and boring quite quickly. How much longer can someone enjoy snapping necks and ripping the hearts out of vampires? Plus, there were only so many vampires in this bar, he would soon have to find somewhere else to crash to make his night that little bit more exciting. But he was soon saved, it seemed, as he turned to notice Eli charging towards him. Before he could react, the man had crashed the both of them through the window, falling to the ground below. He dusted down his clothes of shards as he got back to his feet, showing no harm from crashing through a window. Yes, he was saved! What better fun than endlessly slaughtering vamps, then running into one of those goody too shoes who played such a pivotal role in this whole thing happening? This was too good to be true!
He chuckled softly, standing his ground towards the other man as he spoke. "Eli. Its so great to see you; and here I was thinking the highlight of my night would be slaughtering a bunch of amatuer halfbreeds. Its nice to finally come face to face with you, rather than making myself sick feeling all of my shell's thoughts and desires about you. Pathetic, really. But your right; he is dead, gone, whatever you want to call it. You might soon be able to join him, if your lucky. But I don't think half breeds like you go to where he is going, now do they?" Snickering, he moved foward slowly as he watched Eli put his fists up, ready for a fight. "So quick to fight me, hey? Or are you just putting on that impression for me to act tough? I don't even have to lift a finger against you, do you know why? Because you won't kill me; you can't kill me. Because deep down, you know that killing me will kill this shell as well. Can you handle that? Knowing that you destroyed the man who you loved oh so dearly? I don't think you are strong enough for that, what are your thoughts on the matter?" He was entirely confident that Eli wouldn't be able to kill him, not like he could anyway.
He moved foward slowly again, running his fingers down Eli's cheek slowly with a satisfied smirk. "I don't want to fight you, Eli. No, you should join me. I have no use for a fuck buddy, but you could be a valuable warrior for us you know. Those mindless zombies, although effective, do become tediously boring and overrated from time to time. He eyed Eli again, smirking softly. "You have no idea who you are messing with. If you choose to mess with me, watch your whole world around you amount to nothing, after I destroy it. Your family, your friends, your loved ones, even your dog. I'll slaughter them all, and you know what, my sweet Eli? I will have absolutely no blood on my hands, because all of their petty deaths will be on your conscience. All of it will be your fault. The choice is simple really," he finished, walking back slowly, giving Eli a chance to respond. This could go two ways. Either would be fun, but he did hope Eli chose the right one. He didn't have a vandetta against Eli yet, but that could change in a heartbeat.

What could he say right now? Try to deny what he was saying as it rang through his head. It looked like Axel. It sounded like him - and he could smell him. But it wasn't him. He could sense it, just by looking in his eyes. Evil. Pure, unrestricted evil that was in his boys body. And he wanted his boy back. He stood strong, glaring strongly at Axel as he stood up to him. Snide, the way he spoke; it wasn't him. Axel was a lot of things, but he wasn't an asshole. So standing, he heard what he had to say. If Axel was dead, then this guy wouldn't know so much. He wouldn't have the desires, he wouldn't even care of who Eli was. But he did, so that meant that Axel was in there, somewhere, burried deep. He looked at him as he stepped up to him. He had one thing straight here; Eli couldn't do it. Sacrifice was hard. He had sacrificed his humanity, his friends and his life in the last years because somehow in some strange fucked up way, this was his destiny. Axel was his destiny. And now he didn't even have that. With a tense jaw and trying to not act, he just glared at him. "I -". He went to speak, but couldn't. He wouldn't, it was hard. But he wasn't give up on him.
"Who are you?". Eli asked as he looked at the man. It didn't make sense, he didn't like it and if he couldn't talk to Axel, then he would settle to knowing who it is that took his love away. The touch was hell. He was still warm somehow, and the touch sent chills down his spin. It was his touch. Masculine but gentle, and Eli looked at his hand. Comfort, for a second, until he spoke again. Thoughts flashed through his mind in an instant. Claire! Mari! Threaten his friend? He glared at Axel stronger now, his brown fixed down as he looked at him. His choice? To die or let Axel kill? He knew what had to happen. Compliments to Rob Thomas to opening up his eyes a little. Eli looked to Axel as he left it to Eli, and Eli looked into his eyes. But it was to obvious now. "I choose you - I choose Axel. But I know - that if it stands with saving the man I love then the lives of others - that you are fucked". He growled. Eli shoved his grips away from him as Eli spun. Quickly, he yelled as he shot a high spun kick at Axel's face, planning to hit him with the heal across the face with his fists still up. Time to die Axel; and it was the hardest face he had to do.

He smirked sadistically at Eli's loss for words. It was pathetic, really, how whipped Eli was for the forces of good. It was his one true weakness. If he was a vampire, and not a laughable hybrid, he may have garnered some respect for him. However his devotion to his friends, family and especially Axel were his weaknesses. The later, his devotion to Axel, one which he was interested in exploiting. Why? Because his devotion to Axel was Eli's biggest weakness. Eli cared about Axel so much, how would he handle killing the man he loved? He wouldn't, and he was quite confident Eli wouldn't even be able to bring himself to doing that, no matter the repuccusions if he doesn't. It was sad how all of these creatures with humanity implanted into them were so weak, held back by their conscience and souls. In his world, he spat on people like that, and they were nothing better than beggers remaining on their broken knees for eternities. He ruled over them like mice, and nothing would change in this world. They needed someone to rule them, because they couldn't think for themselves. Those who fought against this were the foolish of all.
He chuckled softly as Eli asked who he was. "My name is Cerketec. If you're lucky, you might live long enough to worship the name. But when you look at me...You don't see a Cerketec, do you? All you see is Axel; his shell. But you shouldn't look at me any differently than you would Axel. You see, we aren't that different, him and I. Why do you think it was so easy for me to corrupt him? All of this that has happened, leading up to this point, has been pre-ordained. Axel's uncle and aunty dying, leading him to Los Angeles to meet his brothers and become a 'hero.' The portal opening, sending the brothers in there, allowing me to infect the weakest, which is our sweet Axel. But when he returned to this world...I wasn't strong enough at that time to control him. Just phases, taking my time until the time was right. He fought against me...But he wasn't strong enough. And when he killed that man, losing his blood innocence, my plan was complete. Then, using you against the brothers made things easier until I was ready to strike." He smirked confidently at his plan. But it was far from oover, it was just the beginning.
Eli soon finished his statement, and the smirk was removed from his face, and soon Eli landed a kick to his jaw, which sent him staggering back slightly. His head was down, and he begun chuckling, his head soon looking back up and staring Eli down fiercely. "That almost hurt a little. But I don't know why you are trying to play the hero, your boyfriend isn't around anymore." The grin reformed on his lips as he stared at Eli still. "Its a shame, really. You could have been a valuable warrior for me. But if you are so quick and willing to die, I'll have no problem finishing you..." He moved foward, sending a fist towards Eli's jaw. He wasn't going to play games with Eli, since he had obviously decided upon his own fate.

Cerketec? That name was now filed in the tornado strike that was Eli's mind. He didn't move, flinch or even blink as he looked at him. It made sense. Killing, feeling so lost and detatched for so long. Axel had been hurting, and turning and Eli barely noticed. The soul-mate bond; sees how weak that was in their relationship. Or even if it was existent. It all made sense, everything, and it was too much. For a while this had been happening, since before he met Axel and more importantly, this indepth change after Hart Enterprises. It was then, after that that their relationship was at its strongest. He could remember 'Lucky', he could remember hanging out and watching movies, he could remember picking him up and fighting vamps in the alley. Telling him everything that he had done, and wanted to do. But was it Axel, or this jerk-off?
His foot had landed on his face, phasing him slightly as Eli finished the spin, and was back in the defense. He got him - at least he knew he could hit him right now and actually do something. But how long could he hold it? What if he couldn't die? He had to do something, but he couldn't think rational thoughts at the moment. Call it being a stubborn bastard, or that he was in an emotional explosion right now, or that it was just adreneline, but he was heated. "I'm getting that. But well defining that little fact for me - is making this so much easier". His strongest facade spread a smirk on his face, as he moved towards Axel again. He was ready, but this guy was fast. He threatened him again, but it didn't stop Eli. The fist did. Eli felt a solid punch across his jaw. If it was an average joe, a punch like that would smack them down on their ass. If it is a vampy-dude, then you improvise. The punch swung him to the right, but falling back he performed a messy back handspring and landed on his feet. It also gave him time to recover, but because with a bit of redness on his jaw he shot forwards. Speed fighting was a good technique, maybe not as strong but faster and less predictable.
Moving towards him, Eli quickly swung a hard backhand punch towards Axel. It was fast and hard, and drove at him. Improvising was essential in this fight, and he had to predict his next move as quick as he could. As he swung, even it if missed or hit or was blocked, he swung the opposite directly, twisting his torso as he swung another backhand punch at him, but coming from the other side. He had to do something, he couldn't let him just get away with this shit. He could just imagine Axel sitting on the sidelines in his own body, and watching this happen. He cringed at the thought as he tried to fight this demon, and tried to think of what to do next. That is if he is even standing after Axel's response to what seems as a very 'forward' attack.

He always enjoyed seeing the pettiness of those with 'human' blood at work. Eli's feeble attempts at fighting him, or even thinking that he could challenge him in a battle was laughable, but he would have his fun with Eli; after all, Eli was probably the only real person he could have his fun with. He know the bonds of Eli and Axel, and how he would be able to manipulate them to his own liking, to his own advantage. Though, it wasn't like he needed an added advantage or anything, he could take out Eli so effortlessly, at any given moment. He was highly confident that Eli also knew this, but for Eli and the brothers, taking them out with one swift movement was just plan boring and he was adventurous, looking for the most exciting ways to do things. No, these guys wouldn't have the satisfaction of going out quick and easy, they would die slow and painfully, until their minds were shattered into tiny little pieces, and their bodies broken. That is when they could rot into the ground they oh so righteously belonged in.
Eli threw a backhand towards him, and he caught it. Eli also threw a backhand from the other side, which he blocked, before gripping Eli tightly by the throat, lifting him effortlessly off of the ground, staring up into Eli's fierce eyes with a satisfied smirk. "Pity. I was expecting so much more from you, Eli. Well, I knew I could finish you at any given moment, but I did hope you would at least provide somewhat of a challenge. Its a shame, really. Because I don't really want to kill you just yet. No, that would be no fun, right? If I kill you now, where is the pain? The suffering? Where is the mental torment? I want to show you something..." He gripped Eli's neck tighter, staring at him, sending a vision into the mind of Eli. He would see the truth, and suffer from it...
He had just killed someone. Running down the street, blood staining his shirt, he got away from his brothers, yelling under his breath in anger, disgust. He collapsed to the ashfelt, his hands almost clawing the earth below him, rage present in his eyes. He could hear a voice in his head..."Look at what you have done, Axel. Killing someone so brutally, it was beautiful. How does it feel to be the bringer of death, not salvation?" Axel panted loudly, showing a confused expression, yet still anger present in his eyes. "Who are you?! Why are you in my head? Get out, get out! I didn't do this...It was an accident, he attacked me!!" The voice laughed. "And the blood staining your shirt and body says otherwise. I am nothing but a voice in your head who can guide you. You cannot help them anymore, you have become worthless. But I can help you, I can ease your mind in ways you never thought possible. Give you an inner peace, if you will?" Axel continued panting, thinking about what the voice was saying to him. "What? Your not real...None of this is real. No one can help me, I killed someone!" Once again, the voice laughed. "Thats where you're wrong. I know a way to help you, you just have to trust me." Axel sat on the cold ashfelt now, still breathing heavily, his heart racing. "Trust you? Why should I even consider doing that? What do I have to do?" The voice went on, "just let me into your heart."...
He laughed, tossing Eli towards the wall, near the window the man plunged the both of them out of. He begun walking slowly towards the young man again, and gripped him by the hair, looking around. "If theres anyone to blame for this happening, its your boyfriend, now isn't it? I was merely offering him a deal, he didn't have to take it." He chuckled softly, letting go of Eli's hair as he walked backwards again. He was curious how Eli would react to the things he had said. Would he even see Axel in the same light?

What else could he do? He swung as hard as he could, and he blocked it. He had another attack to back him up, and his arm was caught. That grasp, that power; it wasn't Axel's. It wasn't his boyfriend. It was just another helpful reminder that this wasn't Axel he was dealing with right now, it is just a parasite that has creeped into his body for a grim fairy tale to be played out. Attempting to spin back to him, his neck was met by a strong hand smashing him into the neck, choking him and leaving him breathless as he was lifted into the air. He gasped, but no air as he started to turn red, and Cerk looked into his eyes. He gripped onto the hand strong, trying to break the grip. He could do a lot of things, Axel was one of them, but this was power he hadn't been challenged with before. At least when he got his mixed showdown with Selena, he was able to hurt her. But this was definitely something else, and he couldn't breath.
He felt like he was there, in the street and on the sidewalk. But he couldn't move, or really aknowledge the world around him. He looked to Axel, blood over him. He could see - what set this off. But it was - just after he killed that guy. The same guy that he had to go to Brazil and get a dragon scale from in order to keep the body hidden. Listening to the world in his mind, at first he wanted to cry. It was tormenting Axel, ripping him up inside. He didn't know what to think at this point, but at the end his heart sank as he was torn out of the vision. Still with no air, he looked into Cerk's eyes. Was that real? Before he knew it, he was sent across the alley. He flew face first into the wall that they came out of, the remainer of the glass in the frame burst as he hit the wall. Blood streamed from a crack on his hair line as he fell to the ground. It hurt, but he was half vamp, it would take a lot more then that. Or so he had to tell himself as he dizzily laid on the ground. Strong digits once again gripped onto Eli's hair, pulling him up slightly as he moaned in pain.
He was right. He didn't want to think it, but he was right. Eli was fucking there, he wasn't going anywhere. He could have talked to him, shared with him everything then turn to a voice in his head. Eli didn't know this, did his brothers. Was he that fucking stupid that he couldn't tell them what was happening. Everything was in the past, but what had Eli done from when they remade their relationship to show Axel that he couldn't trust him. He fought for the guy, he killed for him. That game Noah set in place didn't just show how dark Eli could go, but how much he would fight for what is right. He went to fucking Brazil for god's sakes. Tears started to well as Cerk let his hair go, and he fell back to the rough ground, heaving. On his elbows, he tried to figure out what to do. It was to dangerous here, it was too much to handle. So rising to his feet, he stumbled slightly but glanced back at Axel - I mean Cerk. With that, he pounced up the wall, gripping onto the brick edgings to hoist himself up more as he landed on the fire escape, and then leapt higher to make it to the roof of Midnight Bar. He couldn't deal with this again, but one thing was for sure; he might not be able to see Axel in the same light again.
