If you would ask Sienna what hurt the most, she would most definitely say ‘everything’. It had been as if her whole body was on fire and as if.. As if something inside her was changing. It was an utterly terrifying feeling that wouldn’t go away, though she tried, by tossing and turning and gritting her teeth. Ultimately, she slowly opened up her eyes and sat up in bed, struggling to breathe a little, gasping continuously , before her breathing slowed down and then the awkward realization came that she didn’t need to breathe at all. What the heck?
She let her eyes wander the room and then traced where the wound would have been. It was gone. Confused, she moved her body up and almost expected it to hurt. She then pulled out the threads and let her eyes wander over the blood spilling from it. ”No, get a grip.” She mumbled, barely audible, as her mouth felt unusually dry. She gulped in some air, though it was unnecessary, then felt a burning sensation inside her throat. Slowly, she let her eyes wander to the door, as a ton of new emotions tumbled through her mind, through her body. She could suddenly smell something that she believed would taste delicious, salty, something that would take away the dryness in her mouth. She could feel a number of heightened emotions: frustration, confusion and most of all, this lost haze in which she wanted to ask so many questions but felt unable to.
It hardly made any sense. None of it. How could she sense all this? Feel all this? It was like, something happened to her and her first instincts were to yell, or scream, but no audible word came out of her mouth, other than a soft ”help” and even that was muffled and sounded unfamiliar, as if the voice that said it, belonged to someone else. Since there was nobody, to tell her what had happened, she closed her eyes, trying to remember the last few moments she had before she woke up in the dark room. But, as she did, she felt her feet move toward the door, on instinct and as she reached out, to the door to pull the knob, she opened her eyes, shivering because of how cold it felt. And yet, no memories came.
She could feel everything in her once fragile body get heightened. She could hear better, her vision seemed clearer than before, she felt stronger and powerful but still weak. She could feel her body shutting down and weakening itself. She knew why this was. A person would be a fool not to realize that she, in transition, was craving the one thing that all vampires desperately wanted: blood. She hadn’t seen it happening, but she heard about it, read about it, and Sienna was smart enough to let those pieces of information, through in her brain. She felt dizzy, as she could smell the blood, everywhere.. and as she walked into the hallway, it got even worse. Could it really be that bad? Could she really be a vampire? How? She couldn’t remember being bitten by anyone, but maybe she had blocked it? It was a possibility. No, no, it couldn’t be! She had to get out of here.. Please, let this be a bad dream!
OCC: I don't know if vampires on here, go in transition, if they don't.. Tell me and i'll fix the post.

Robert had sensed something was different from the time that he had woken up. He and Connor were still repairing the damage done to the house when he finally arrived at the hospital to see what was going on. His senses let him slip about the hospital as he tried to find Sienna and find out what was going on. His sense of smell heightened as he arrived at her room and saw her staggering about. This was not good at all. She'd been turned in the hospital of all places. This was like turning
Arriving at her side he looked at her worriedly, "Sienna." he said gently as he looked at her. His hands in his leather jacket as he saw her body transforming. "We need to get you out of here." he said quietly as he glanced as her, "Oh, Sienna. I'm so sorry." he said gently as he looked at her and placed his forehead to hers. "I'll do what I can to help you but we need to get you out of here. Can you get dressed and I'll go with you to check out of here?" He offered her an arm to her room and made sure she had some privacy.
He allowed his senses to go out and see what was happening around him. He would have to keep any non supernaturals away from her till she could cope with people without hurting them accidentally. She was going to be ravinous. Time to take her hunting in the woods.

Sienna froze, as she heard a voice call her name and as she let her eyes go to the person, she took an uncertain step back. "What.. What happened?" She managed to say, as her throat still hurt, but had gone numb in a matter of seconds, as she smelled the blood and felt the sensations run through her. She heard him apologize and tilted her head to the side a bit. What was he sorry for? She nodded slightly and looked through the hallway for a bit, not moving. When he offered her his arm, she took it, with a trembling hand and looked at him. "What am I?" She needed to hear him say it out loud, for her to completely have it sink in.
When she got dressed, she didn't utter a word, as talking still hurt and her mind was still in complete overdrive. Part of her wanted to push Robert away and curl up in a corner. Her head hurt so much, that she almost couldn't stand it. And she was so goddamn hungry. She felt as if she could eat a whole horse and still feel hungry. Was that what he was sorry for? The changes to her body? Slowly, she walked over to him and looked at him, still contemplating whether or not she wanted to push him away or cling on to him.

"You've been turned into a vampire. I don't know who did it but we need to get you home where you can heal and learn what you are." he said gently as he walked with her to the front desk so she could sign herself out. The nurse behind the desk smiled at him and passed Sienna her paperwork to fill out.
Robert smiled good naturedly at her as they waited for Sienna to finish. He knew when to up the charm and distract from Sienna's confused state. "Its okay, Sienna. I'll help you through this. Right now we need to get you home and resting. I've got plenty of rooms in the underground part of the house we can move you down there for now."[/color] he said softly to her mind as he projected reassurence and calmness.
Inwardly he was worried. He had just gotten his family settled and now Sienna was a vampire. It was like he couldn't catch a break. All his attempts to move on seemed to be hampered by fate. Merry was too exhausted to try and heal Sienna this soon. Her spell had weakened her. He also didn't know how to mention this to Logan. There was a vampire in the hospital taking patients and turning them. Diana needed to be told. That was assuming she herself had not done this. His head hurt just thinking about it all as he helped lead Sienna to his car.

Sienna looked at him, as he said it. She had been turned into a vampire. Immediately she went to her neck, as if there would be a neck-wound there, but when there wasn’t, she just looked confused. ”How can I be a vampire if I wasn’t bitten?” She asked him, as she looked at him, gaining easier access to her voice, as her throat started to feel less dry. She was still thirsty, which wouldn’t just go away like that. It wasn’t that easy, she was sure of it. She nodded, at what he said next and signed the paper, with as much of a steady hand as possible. When she was done, she smiled at the nurse, behind the desk, that she recognized and then quickly looked away, as the urge to just bite her, became stronger every minute.
Sienna stood still, when she heard Robert’s voice in her head and listened to it, as her heartbeat, that she wasn’t even sure she still had, quickened. She then closed her eyes and concentrated on the words. ”I know, I’m just scared.” She said back into his mind. Well, that wasn’t exactly true.. She was utterly horrified, still. She was a.. a monster. She never wanted to become a vampire, even though she had always looked up to Robert. She had been perfectly fine, being a witch. Could she still be a nurse? And what was she supposed to tell Logan? She could hardly tell him; ”Hi, I’m a vampire now, but you’re still welcome in the house..” No, he’d freak out and run away, for sure.
When he helped her in the car, she welcomed the dark that the car provided and bit her lip slowly. ”Is it normal for me to feel so hungry?” She asked him, unsure about it. It was as if someone needed to teach her how to talk properly, or how to walk, or to eat. It was a weird feeling and she somehow couldn’t exactly bring herself to care about it too much either. As if her feelings were all duplicated, bringing both the best and the worst up in her.

"It will be alright, Sienna. You may not remember who bit you if they did it while you slept. We may never know who did this to you but you are still family and I will protect you just as I've always done."He promised her even as he felt her shock and horror, "I know its a lot to absorb right now and I'm so sorry this happened to you. All I can do is my best to help you with the transition and help be a teacher to you. Don't worry, we'll get through this."
His brow wrinkled when he heard how distressed she was, "There is a vampire who works here. I don't think she turned you. From what I've gathered she's older and past that giddy power hungry stage. Her name is Diana Mckensie." he offered to her gently, "I will see if she will speak to you after we've gotten you fed and stabilized if you like. You should be able to take leave and even work on learning the self control necessary to work here. You became a nurse you can learn how to handle being a vampire it just means you insist on a night schedule and you make sure you're well fed when you come into work. Its normal for you to be this hungry when you need to feed but you will not always be so. As for Logan...I think if he truly cares for you you can tell him. If he can't handle it we can make him forget but you have to be honest with him. Its the only way a possible relationship can work. You don't have to turn him but you do need to learn to control your strength and other gifts before you interact with him so you don't hurt him accidentally."
He walked into the parking garage with her and opened the door to the back seat for her, "Come on, kitten. Lets go out to the forest. You'll be fine." he said to her reassuringly as he sensed just how upset she was. "No hunting wolves. We are going for deer only. Rabbits are too small."

Why the hell was he hiding? Who knew, really. Connor had been stalking about the the parking garage ever since he saw Robert leave. Since the night they made Anneliese human, there seemed to be a temporary stalemate between the two of them as they figured out how to move on from here. But it left Connor curious, how did Robert live when he was awake? For a day or so Connor had been shadowing Robert from a distance, making sure that he was not seen as he did so. It was weird to outright say that he wondered what Robert spent his time doing, he didn't want it to sound like he was trying too hard to get into Robert's good graces, especially not with his departure still up in the air.
When he heard them coming, Connor raised a brow, hiding in the shadow of a corner as he watched Robert help Sienna into the car. He had heard her name floating around the house, though the two of them never crossed paths. When the timing felt right, he stepped out of the shadows with a confused expression on his face. There was a subtle motion towards Sienna with his eyes, as if he was silently asking Robert what was happening. He never mentioned that there were more vampires in the family, or had he? No, he would never do something so stupid, that wasn't even a question.
"It's perfectly normal for you to feel thirsty, in fact, you'll probably spend all night trying to drain everything that crosses your path." he said, offering her the blunt truth of it all. She was a newborn, that was the worst, the dryness in your throat, the pull to kill anything that moved. It would be a fight to even hunt the things in the woods, if that was his plan. She was a nurse however, it baffled him as to why they didn't just steal the blood they needed. "I thought you could use an extra pair of hands. In case you needed to lay the smack down on a newbie." he said, adding a charming smile to the end. "No offense, but sometimes we tend to get out of hand for the first few years." he added.
"One question though, if I may? Why don't we just steal the blood she needs?" Connor asked, he wasn't being condescending either, he was honestly curious as to his reasoning. Connor moved past Robert as he asked, pausing for only a moment before shooing Sienna all the way into the back seat. "Until we hit the forest, I'll hold her over with some of mine, if it's no problem."

Sienna listened to what he said and felt it slightly calming her down. She had to hold on to that.. that he was there for her and that it really didn’t change at all. He was her uncle and even somewhat of a father figure to her, which meant a lot to her. She just couldn’t let go to that. ”You’re right,” She agreed, ”and I’m happy about that.” She nodded when he said it was a lot to absorb. It was.
When he said there was a vampire that worked at the hospital, she looked surprised, startled. ”I’ve never had the chance to meet her, but I’ve heard about her.” She said, as she bit her lip and nodded, thinking it was a good plan. When he started about her job and Logan, she looked away. ”I was perfectly fine with working there as a witch, as a vampire.. I’m not going there until I can properly control this, I don’t want to think about the possibility of me hurting someone. As for Logan, he was okay with me being a witch, but being a vampire, I think that’s a step further.. I can’t just expect him to accept this, but I do need to talk to him, you’re right.”
She looked at him and smiled at his nickname, that she knew Logan had started to use as well. ”No wolves.. only deer, got it.” She said, as she looked at him. When she all of a sudden, heard someone else coming, she turned to it and looked surprised. Who was he? When the guy looked at her, she realized he meant it as a question to Robert, whom she was sure he must know. When she heard what he said, she bit her lip. ”Normal it may be, but it scares the crap out of me.” She said, looking at the guy. She then smiled slightly. ”I’m sure my uncle is perfectly able to handle me, it’s not like I’m attacking anyone, am i?” Well, she wanted to, but no way was she going to tell this to the guy right here, she wasn’t stupid, or crazy, even though the charming smile had some sort of effect.. In fact, it made her want to kill him lessen.
”You think that will go unnoticed? Blood disappearing?” Sienna asked him, matter-of-factly, about his question about just taking the blood from the hospital. If she did that, then she could better just resign from the hospital and get it over with. When he shooed her further into the back seat, she looked at him. ”What are you talking about?”

Robert felt Sienna calming down little by little and nodded his head, "You'll meet her soon enough, Sienna. There are a lot of things going on in the vampire community that have us all on edge." he said softly as he looked at her with a reassuring smile, "I'll tell Logan you're not up for company at the moment and you were going a little stir crazy in the hospital and so checked yourself out." he offered.
"Sienna this is Connor. Merry's friend..." there was a question on the end of that statement as he looked at both of them. He still didn't know if Connor was going to cut and run out on his daughter or stay with her. Both had ramifications to him and both had consiquences. "Sienna was turned while she was recovering in the hospital, Connor. I don't know by who but I do know she needs to get out of there and learn about what she is now."
To Sienna's comment he chuckled and shook his head, "You're a Lovelace. Its in your heritage to be a handful. I do think this will be a good experience for you and that Connor may have a bit more insight on some things than I do. If nothing else we can trade techniques on various skill sets." he said with a happy smile as he gestured for Connor to take shotgun. "Off to the forest we go." he said as he helped Sienna in the car, closed the door behind her than got in the drivers side. Once Connor was in he headed on his way to the Forest.

Sienna put her hands on her lap, to stop them from trembling, the way that they did and looked a bit surprised. ”Why? What happened?” When he said what he would tell Logan, she smiled a bit and nodded. ”That actually sounds like something I would do.” She then looked at Connor. ”Right.. Nice to meet you then, I guess.” She said a bit uncertain and still a bit wary of the guy next to her. When Robert started about how or when she was turned, she looked out the window and went quiet.
How could she even go back to that hospital? If it really was Diana, then she should have a damn good reason for turning her. And if it was a random vampire, then again, that vampire would have to have a damn good reason for turning her. And anyhow, she didn’t really think it was random. So, if that was the case, she couldn’t stay away either. She had to find out who had turned her and why. Well, after she had her urges under control and she didn’t feel as if she could attack a random stranger and not feel sorry for it.
”It’s in my heritage to be a pain in the ass?” Sienna chuckled a bit and looked at Connor again, next to her. When they drove off to the forest, she leant back and concentrated on the new sensations, that she felt in her gut. She felt like she could really eat a horse after all. ”Sounds a bit like ‘Off to see the wizard’, doesn’t it?” She asked, with a smirk, as she opened her eyes again.

Connor laughed at Sienna's apprehension, meeting Vampires wasn't something one did everyday. One didn't turn into a vampire every day either, she had every right to seem a bit confused and weary. Nodding his head slowly in response to her greeting, he seemed puzzled by how calm she was. She was able to make jokes, take them very well, but why was she not more.. angry? Was that even the emotion he was looking for? Probably not, but when he had been turned he was not nearly this still. Silently appraising her, he didn't bother to consider that his piercing gaze might make her uncomfortable in any way.
"That is if she wants to learn what I have to teach. She trusts you, not me, not yet. I will observe unless asked to do otherwise." Connor replied, for once there was a smile on his face. Was this it then, did he find some sort of peace in helping those who were like him? Sure he had no idea how to control his thirst yet, but he understood trying to control the rage, the strength, everything. He understood that there were ways to calm that fire that seemed to build in you continuiously as a newborn, until you hurt someone else.
"She won't be able to do this, control herself, if she is starving though." Connor said, an edge of concern in his voice. Extending his arms towards Sienna, he looked to Robert for a moment while he was driving, as if seeking a blessing. He didn't really wait for a response though, he simply scratched his arm deep enough to make it bleed. "To curb the feeling growing in you. Too many unknowns if you're going to hunt something starving." he said, offering his arm. "Drink." he prompted her gently, though he would understand her hesitation to do so if there was any.

Of course Sienna was cautious, apprehending Connor as if he was a new sort of animal she had recently discovered. Well, he wasn’t an animal.. Just.. Different, and yet so much the same as her, it shocked her that she wasn’t throwing a tantrum.. But, she was too freaking hungry, to do so anyway. And it just hadn’t settled in completely, which was somewhat of the same feeling. When she saw his gaze, she shifted slightly and looked away.
”Trust, I think, is something you have to earn. But, I don’t know.. I guess I can trust you, for now.” She looked at Connor again and smiled slightly. She did feel angry, of course she did, but most of all, she was scared as hell. She was hungry and her body felt as if it was in overdrive and she had no control over what she felt, that made it look, like she was happy.. calm, while on the inside, she was screaming, angry, frustrated.. She didn’t want to show it, though. She just wanted to get this all over with and find who did this to her.
She listened to what Connor said, and when he extended an arm, she looked at it, confused. When she however, saw the blood run from it, she let her eyes trail it, with a hungry look in her eyes. When he told her to drink, she looked into his eyes for confirmation, before she gently raised his arm and drank his blood. It was so weird when she did it.. It was.. so different than anything she had ever felt before.

Robert continued to drive while the two spoke in the back, he nodded briefly as Connor let Sienna feed from his arm, "It is in your heritage to be a pain in the ass." he agreed. "When have any of you cousins done what people thought you should or what would be considered "normal"?" he said with a bit of a smirk as he made his way into the woods, "You're welcome to observe of course, Connor but you do have valid opinions on what its like. You're closer to what she is than I am so you might have more insight into the emotional aspects of it." he picked up on Sienna's emotional termoil, "We will find who did this and why. If we have someone using the hospital as a place to make fledglings I know I personally will be hunting them down. Attacking people against their will is not something I will tolerate."
He kept his eyes on the road and his voice calm, "Vampire politics are very...heated. We've got a lot of young vampires who think they know what the vampire community needs and its turned into a bit of a mess. The Elder of the city, Noah is useless. He refuses to get involved so its best to just be polite, let him think he's in charge and go about your daily life. I suspect he'll meet the sharp end of a stake soon and no one will mourn his passing. He's a bit of an elitist bastard." he looked in the rearview mirror, "First thing to realize is all vampires have something to offer. Whether its something useful is another matter. Most vampires are solitary and don't mingle but sometimes they have emotional attachments. The vast majority of vampires that I know of do."
"I have my family that I look after and my god daughter Marina. Trenton looks after Marina and so does Diana from time to time..." he thought quietly through the list, "Connor looks after Merry as well. And Eli has human attachments as well though he's newly turned and very angry at the Elder of the city for doing it. But then I think Noah is an idiot." he said bluntly, "Turning a hunter's boyfriend into a vampire is likely to get all of us in danger but then no one asked my opinion on the matter."

"If Merry feels she can trust me, you will come to do so too, most likely." he said, though as he stopped to think about it, he realized she seemed to trust alot of things. Maybe his statement was a bit flawed, but as much as she said it, he did feel she could be a bit naive. "Hm, never mind that." he said, laughing quietly to himself. Either way, Connor was the closest thing to what she was, a newborn, that she was going to find willing to help her. Robert was more than right, while he knew what it was to be a vampire, to control himself, he was distanced from their plight even with his age.
Inhaling slowly, Connor closed his eyes as he felt his veins pull at him. Just as all newborns were, she was starving, and as such she was draining from him at a rapidly increasing rate. His blood would feel like fire in her veins, a warm, and satisfying feeling. That was because of the strength of his blood, despite his young age, came from Anneliese. Her hunger would be eased by quite a bit, though it would never truly subside, not for a very long time. This would be the very first thing she might have ever done for anyone else, even unknowingly, as her powerful blood mixed with Connor's would grant Sienna a measure of peace for now.
"I can almost garuntee that at some point we will have to restrain her. That is unless we get lucky an their scents don't carry out this far. Every fledgling is different, her sire could have been powerful, in which case her senses could even be greater than ours." he said, seeming as if he was doing his homework finally. With a little push in the right direction, he was trying to find out more about his own abilities. Secretly, in the back of his mind, he was starting to come to terms with what Anne had done to him. She gave him the strength to protect people worth protecting, even if he had to kill to take several lives to save hundreds more. Equivalent exchange was a bitch, but it definitely was not a myth.
His thoughts probably dwelled on her too long, Connor did nothing to hide them, though if Robert caught wind of that name he would most likely become infuriated. It was yet again strange how being around Merry, he was starting to learn to do things he never thought he would ever do. Forgiveness was the hardest thing to ever muster, it took every bit of your soul to manage to forgive the devil for the sins they forced upon you. It was a work in progress, he'd get there some day. "Okay, I am going to die if you take anymore." he said, laughing as he made an attempt to withdraw his arm from her. There was the very real chance she might refuse to let go of him.
"I agree with you on that one, oddly. That was the dumbest thing I could imagine doing, we'll be seeing them very soon most likely. They won't take that slight laying down, and a Hybrid could probably hit us while we're vulnerable." he said, a grim expression on his face.

Sienna listened to every word they said, but didn’t much feel like replying, not now that she finally felt the wonderful sensation of Connor’s blood in her veins. She felt herself strengthen and the burning pain in her throat lessen. It wasn’t much, but to Sienna it was enough. For now. She smiled slightly, when she heard what Robert said about her and how he agreed. ”You’re absolutely right.” She said to Robert in his mind, refusing to let go of Connor’s arm. Momentarily, she closed her eyes, when Robert caught on to her thoughts about, well.. what she was worried about. ”I can’t think of anyone who is a vampire..” She said again, into Robert’s mind. She wasn’t sure if Connor heard it too, because it wasn’t like she didn’t want him to listen.
Sienna smiled at Connor’s comment about trust and looked up to him, locking eyes, for only a moment, silently saying; “maybe”. She wanted to trust Connor, but she didn’t want to end up being wrong, as she didn’t want to know how much that will hurt. It seemed as if all her feelings.. all of her feelings that were strongest, were intensified. Like fear, anger, resentment, happiness, love, hope, trust.. all of those feelings were bundled inside her now, into one big bundle, only intensified. It was terrifying. ”What should I do? Should I listen to that Noah guy, too?” She asked Connor in his mind now.
Sienna looked up, slightly bewildered. Restrain her? For what? She hadn’t attacked anyone, she was just hungry and expected to feel tired, which she strangely didn’t feel one bit of. She then concentrated on the blood again and closed her eyes, as her body relaxed and found some kind of.. peace almost. It was weird, as she couldn’t remember ever having felt that feeling before. She wanted to know more, too, as was obvious Connor did. She wanted to know what she could do and what powers being a vampire held. And she was sure that talking to Robert in her mind and hopefully successfully to Connor too, was because of her powers she had as a witch. Powers she already felt she had lost. When Connor pulled his arm away, she looked at him, again slightly bewildered, as she didn’t want to let go. She didn’t want to stop drinking. ”No.” She said softly, but forcefully.
