STRENGTHS

• Blend- This was something he knew that he needed to be able to do if he was going to survive. After centuries of living as a vampire and being around humans he has mastered the ability to blend into his surroundings and not stand out of the crowd.
  
• Compulsion- One of his vampire powers. For Kai, it was a struggle to be able to perfectly master this power but once he did there was no stopping him. Kai uses his compulsion only when necessary, hoping that his vampiric presence is enough to get what he wants.
  
• Charm- This comes very handy when finding his next meal. In most cases this comes in handy more than his compulsion since his natural charm can have more affect on the weak minded guys and girls of Los Angeles
  
• Physical Strength and Speed- Being a vampire has enhanced his physical strength and made him much faster than any human.
  
• Fighting Skills- Prior to being turned he had already been a master at fighting. Now with his enhance strength his skills have advance far more.
  
• Aim- Kai has a deadly aim. You wouldn't want to be trying to get away from him if he had a knife in his hands.

WEAKNESSES

• Greed- Kai likes getting his way. He isn't power hungry but he just likes taking all he can.
  
• Sunlight- Like most vampires he can't stand the sun.
  
• Religious items- Holy water and crosses hurt him when touched
  
• Blood- Kai is only at his strongest when he has fed. If he's gone too long with blood then he becomes very weak and liable to being hurt easier.
  
• Attitude- Don't expect this boy to be the nicest boy in the room. He can become a feisty little spitfire when provoked or just annoyed.
  
• Emotional attachment- Kai carries around this gold locket that contains a picture of his family that was killed by werewolves. Although he has accepted being a vampire he still misses them
  
• Possessive- What is his is his. NO TOUCHING.

HISTORY

Kai was born in Tokyo, Japan over four hundred years ago. Growing up his father was very hard on him being that he was only son with two younger twins sisters. Kai was an obedient child growing up. Doing everything his father ever said for him to do. From fight training to house hold chores. he did it but as he got older he began to develop a more rebellious nature. He would talk back to his father more when he disagreed with him. He'd even run away at night to piss of his father. That had been what he had done that fateful night. It had been like any other time, when everyone was asleep Kai would sneak off and go off to do what he wanted but everything would change when he got back. As he was nearing the house he heard screams that sounded like his mother and sisters. Running towards the house he found his mother and sisters slaughtered like animals. Then when he found his father his heart had been ripped out and was being held by a man that was surrounded by a group of others. Before this man attacked him he hand his followers had been run by another group of beings.

This new group had been a coven of vampires led by a vampire named Merrick. Merrick had explained that the people who had killed his family were werewolves. Kai, without hesitation, asked to become a vampire so that he could kill those that had slaughtered his family. And he was, with Merrick's help he was able to exact his revenge. At first Kai had wanted to be killed since he had felt that he had nothing left to live for but Merrick convinced him otherwise. Kai continued to live as a vampire and eventually left the conven that had taken him in. He felt it was time for him to go on on his own and try to find some place in the world.

Kai spent the next few centuries constantly moving. Never staying in one place long as to not reveal his true nature. Some people would thinking that lonely but in all honesty Kai didn't mind it. It gave him the chance to explore the world. Something he had always wanted to do. And through his travels money has never been a problem. His charm and ability to seduce others, male or female, has allowed him to gain entrance into the lives of many rich and powerful. Gotta do what you gotta do to survive. When he's gotten what he's wanted he just moves onto the next helpless victim in need of a bed buddy.

Through all this he had heard the stories of the Trinity Brothers from Merrick. He had to admit he was a bit curious about them but had never come into contact with them. He wasn't concerned by the fact that the only brothers were all killed but his curiosity has been enticed now that he has heard of their return. As of now Kai has settled in Los Angeles. He's open a bar called Bloodlust in the darker part of LA. It's a bar for the local vampires and demons to just hangout and enjoy themselves for a couple of hours.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

As of right now I don't have much planned. I was hoping to take the claim of bar owner of Bloodlust to help him interact with others. I also have a romance plot idea for a future character if someone takes him that would allow Kai to exert his more possessive, jealous and emotional side. Aside from that I'm pretty open to anything.

"How many times do I have to say this? Tell him that if he can't clean up after himself then he's going to have problems." Kai was currently walking on the ledge of one of the buildings of LA. Owing a bar would normally require him to actually be there but thankfully he had a capable staff that didn't need him to be babysitting them every night. This gave him the ability to be on his own when he wanted and be able to go to the bar if he absolutely need to. Currently he was talking to one of his employees over his ipone "I don't care what he says or how much he payed. Unless he starts paying for replacement carpets then he won't be coming back anytime soon until he learns some respect. Tell him that unless he doesn't want a damn visit from me then be better get his act together. Time's is ticking." He said as he ended the call and placed it back in his pocket.

"Fuck. I'm getting sick and tired of him. And now I'm hungry." It was time to eat. All this stress was taking his toll and he was hating it. It made him feel out of control and that was not something he enjoyed. He had to be the one in control. It always had to be that way if not Kai would explode. But now to the subject at hand. Dinner. One of the problems being that it was midnight but that also tended to bring out the younger meals. Kai stood on the ledge and just listened to the cool air and hum of the wind. His shot open when he heard a quiet sound. It was faint where he stood but as he slowly followed it grew louder in his ears. It was a silent sob. When he had reached his destination he found what he was looking for. It was a young girl that was crying in an alley. "Sadly that's going to cost you." He said quietly to himself as he made his way towards her.

The woman was standing next to dumpster crying. She was cold and lonely. "Excuse me, are you okay?" he said concern filling his eyes and voice as he looked over the girl. She was startled to say the least. "I'm lost. I was suppose to be with some friends, or at least I thought they were. They left me." "I'm sorry to hear that. Bastards if you ask me. There's a convenience store about ten minutes up that way and to the left. I'm sure they have a phone box or something you can use to call someone." he said as he pointed in the direction. The look of relief and thanks began to appear on her face. "Thank you so much." Kai just smiled and nodded. "I must admit something. You are very pretty. Seems like sort of a shame." He said as he softly caressed her cheek which caused her to shiver as she looked confusingly at him "Excuse me?" she said. Kai continued to smile. "I hope you can run." he said casually. Whatever hope she was feeling were quickly washed away when she saw the eyes of the young man in front of her turn from a dark brown to pure black in no time. She let out a scream, dropping her purse and began to run. Kai bend down and picked up her purse. He just laughed as he threw it to the side and then moved. As the woman was running she began to see the lights the led to the street. She was nearly there. She thought she could make it. That was until her way was blocked. "I guess not." He said as his teeth pierced her skin. He covered her mouth to keep her from screaming and he slowly drank her blood. Her fear evident as the tasty liquid made it's way down his throat.
