Robert pulled up to golden cuisine after he'd gone shopping for all the parts needed to fix up his suite of underground rooms at home. He had everything in the back of his car and closed the door and locked it. He figured he'd order chinese for the family and save Merry having to worry about finding something to eat since she was at the circus with Connor.
The chime of the door met his ears as he looked about the restaurant and stood there with his arms crossed casually. He glanced at a menu and stood by the spot to order take out. His brown eyes surveyed the room and he smiled charmingly and held the door open for an elderly woman. She smiled and patted his cheek babbling about how he reminded her of her boy. He thanked her quietly and made sure the door stayed open for her as she hobbled out of the restaurant. A few women were watching how his blue shirt tightened across his torso and he tried not to flex. 'I still got it.'[/color] He thought with an inward shit eating grin.
Let the other vamps leave bodies to the rafters he rather liked seeing his donars every few months. They enjoyed life in ways that no vampire could appreciate. He looked thoughtful as he adjusted his black leather jacket and waited for the waitress to come in from the back.

It was rather slow today, not many people in the restaurant, maybe a few less than normal Either way, Cassie found it easy to be able to relax a bit on this night and maybe observe all her costumers, see what their expressions were, what their reactions were. There wasn’t much to do anyways, so she might as well find a way to entertain her little brain. Then she saw this old lady got up, she found it a bit sad, she wouldn’t want to be the old lady, having dinner on her own, she feared growing up and being lonely. It wasn’t a desire of hers. Darryl was her desire.
Then this old lady got up, she was leaving as Cassie quickly made her way to the old ladies table. There wasn’t much of a tip, Cassie tried her best with service, then again, the old lady must have had a small budget. She picked up the couple dollars the old lady left behind and put it in her little waitress pouch. She then picked up her plate as she carried them to the back. When Cassie came back out of the kitchen , she noticed this guy walked in, he held the door for the elder lady. Which was rather nice, you don’t see those acts of kindness usually, especially with guys these days. So it was rather nice of this guy to do such a nice gesture.
She smiled, it was nice to see, the old lady seemed very appreciative about it. This guy walked in confidant and very sure of himself. Cassie wasn’t sure if she liked it or hated it. Maybe she should talk to him to see which it was. Cassie made her way towards the guy, who already had a menu in hand. It didn’t look like Jayla was going to take his order anyways, she was busy as usual so Cassie walked up to him, smile on her face as she approached him and held her little note pad up and pencil in hand. “Hello, welcome to Golden Cuisine, My name is Cassie and I am delighted to be your waitress for the night, how may I help you?” Cassie smiled as she waited to see what this guy was going to say next.

Robert turned and grinned at the young blonde woman that came up to take his order, "Hello, Cassie. My name's Robert. I'm trying to decide what to order for take out for my family." He rested an elbow gently on the counter and looked down at the menu a moment before smiling up at her, "What would you recommend? My daughter Merry usually orders for us all."
He made sure he wasn't in her personal space and made sure she didn't feel threatened or put out. He then gave her his undivided attention. "I bet you know more about this place than anyone." he added as he smiled at her. There wasn't that many people in the restaurant.

Cassie kept staring at this Robert guy and suddenly she felt the room was a bit quiet. It seemed like all the clinging from the forks and spoons on the plates were slowly fading away and all she heard were these weird words being muttered in her ear. She didn’t know what to make of it, but it certainly wasn’t words she were used to. It made her feel all weird, her body shivered a bit, she had no idea what to make of what was going on. Her body never reacted in this manner before. She closed her eyes and tried to shake it off as she heard Robert saying something about her knowing the place better than anyone and she could recommend him something to order. Her eyes opened as she tried to focus at the task at hand.
“Oh…wow…weird”. She looked away and her attention slowly turned to Robert, but when she looked at him again, she had no idea why, but it felt like she saw him for the very first time, maybe it was the lighting, maybe it was the lack of people in the restaurant or maybe it was that weird feeling she got a minute ago, all she knew is, she found herself drawn to this guy, she couldn’t look away, not even for a second. She started batting her eye lashes and then smiled at him being able to whisper only one word “Lovely” Because that is what she thought of him, he was suddenly lovely in her eyes.
“Oh…wow…well, you can have me if you like, but I’m not on the menu and I don’t think your daughter would want to…eat me”. Before Cassie could think straight, she said that, what did she just say? That was wrong, she knew it, but it felt like whatever filtered what she had in mind, to what she wanted to say was out of order. But then again there it was, this odd voice, whispering words she couldn’t understand in her ear but she couldn’t make out what it was. But more she tried to focus on what the words were the more she lost control of her thoughts and emotions. She didn’t know what was taking over her but she was for certain, Robert was slowly becoming more and more attractive in her eyes.
“Oh…wow…sorry, I don’t know why I said that. You should try our special fried shrimps, like me after you have a little, you just can’t stop and you can’t help but want more of me…..I mean it…yes…it…lovely” There she went again, saying the wrong words at the wrong time, what was going on with her, at this point, she had no more control of what she was saying or how she felt about Robert.

Robert blinked as he felt the crowd shift some more. He did not quite know what was going on. It was like when you got slightly dehydrated and felt dizzy but not quite. The world faded away and he felt his pupils contract as he suddenly saw folks leaning against each other for support. Weirdness abounded to be sure.
When Cassie began babbling he blinked, "Are you alright, Miss Cassie? I'm ordering for my family. I've already eaten." he said with a reassuring smile. He looked at her with concern in his eyes, "I know its not my place to say this but maybe we could sit down at a table? You look a bit woozie and like you could use some water. He looked at one that was close and unoccupied, "There is one over there."
The place was deserted and he offered his arm for support. She was out of it. "I'll look at the menu in a moment. I want to make sure you're alright, Cassie. Looks like you've had a long shift." he said to her gently as he glanced about and saw that the place was darn near empty. That did not bode well for the food here.

Robert was offering to help her as Cassie felt weird like something has taken over her. She could barely hear him though, she felt as if someone or something was telling her to do otherwise. She tried to catch herself as she agreed to be assisted to the nearest sitting area. She was assisted by Robert to the sitting Area as she passes her hands through her hair as she tries to catch herself again.
“Oh…wow…Not feeling so lovely”. She looked up at Robert again who sat across her, she couldn’t help but see him in a completely different light again. It was such a weird feeling, she never felt like this before. She just found herself drawn to him, she looked at him as smiled as she blushed. “I didn’t notice you were such a dashing guy when you walked in”. She couldn’t help it, she found herself flirting with him a bit, like she did prior. But she had this weird feeling like she wasn’t being herself, but she couldn’t stop either. It was an odd situation to be put in, she couldn’t control herself.

"I'm sorry you're not feeling so well." Robert said softly as he looked at her with his deep brown eyes. His brow furrowed in thought and he locked eyes with her, he let his telepathy wash over her in the hopes that he would be able to figure out what was happening.
Then he felt a wave of power wash over him, the urge to feed on this girl fell upon him like he was starving. He kept his self control by a firm force of will. His fangs ached to come out and he wanted to turn her. She was so pretty, she could be a hand maiden to Anne! That was it! Anne could have her perfect fledgling and life would be perfect! This girl even looked like she could be Anne's sister.
He shook his head mentally, what was he thinking??? She was flirting with him and he blinked. "Well its easy to look dashing for an exquisite beauty like yourself, Cassie." He meant every word of it too. He put his palms face down on the table and tried to get his thoughts under control.

Cassie couldn’t help herself, she was lost in her own mind. Having thoughts of Darryl and Shanelle earlier at his job, she was jealous she might admit that, but it wasn’t jealousy that was working on her head. She was unable to control herself. She didn’t know why she had urges for this stranger, but she had them and she wasn’t going to stop either. “So, do you think I’m lovely? Would you like me? Would You?” Cassie started playing with her hair, looking at Robert, in a very weird manner, which might scare most.
“Tell me Robby, Robs, Robert…am Lovely…oh…wow…do you? I wish someone would think I’m Lovely. Why don’t they think I’m Lovely Robert, why doesn’t he think I’m lovely. Is it me….oh…wow….it is isn’t it. I’m not as lovely as her”. Cassie grabs Robert’s hand and holds it tightly. She was craving Robert in a way that scared her. She was obsessed with him as well, maybe even more so than she was with Darryl, but with Darryl she could control her urges, now she couldn’t. She wasn’t in control of what she was saying, thinking or doing.

Robert smiled softly and looked at her with his deep brown gaze. He could sense something wasn't working right in her head and that she was babbling uncontrollably like she was coerced except he knew he hadn't done anything to her, "I do you think you are lovely, Cassie and any man that cannot see how wonderful you are is a blind fool not to be thought of. You are a bright young lady and are beautiful." he said simply as she played with her hair. Quite unthinkingly he touched a strand of it and felt it run through his fingers.
"I don't know why he doesn't see you as lovely, Cassie. Men do stupid heartless things and I am sorry you are in so much pain right now." he said quietly as he cupped her cheek with his free hand as she held his other, "Tell me. what can I do to ease your pain and make you smile, pretty one? If its within my power I will do what I can to make it so."

There, she heard it, someone called her lovely, and she loved hearing that as he cupped her cheek. She looked up at him, slowly, she wasn’t sure what she was seeing, Robert or Darryl, either way, she wanted him so badly. She slowly let go of his hand as she started twirling her hair as she tilted her head on the side, smiled at him. “So you think I’m lovely?...Oh…wow”. She leaned against the table, slowly walking over towards Robert, again not sure if it was him, her mind was all over the place. But she slowly walked towards his direction, since he was sitting across her. She was then standing right in front of him as she smiled at him.
She slowly pulled his shirt as she got closer to his face. She smiled again and then said the one thing she said so well. “Oh…wow…lovely…why don’t you kiss me”. Cassie slowly started climbing onto Robert, as she sat on top of him, they were face to face, Cassie wasn’t sure still if she was facing Robert or Darryl but one thing was for sure, she had an urge to kiss this person.

Robert watched her walk over to him, she was definately acting not normal and that was with a love spell. He looked at her with a raised eyebrow but when she crawled into his lap he was flabbergasted. Who knew that if you came here you got a lap dance? Was there some secret room in the back?
Robert did his best to try and get the girl to calm down but then she was kissing him and he just gave up. He was careful to keep his hands in safe zones. They stayed on her waist and did not wander. It wasn't that he didn't want them to it was just that this was a public place and he had some standards. As he locked lips with Cassie he did his best to help calm her with his gift. He was worried she'd slip into a mode where she was a danger to herself or others. His eyes closed as he just tried his best to enjoy the experience.

Cassie felt the guy kiss her as she leaned in as well, she wasn’t sure if it was Darryl or whoever, she was focused on it being Darryl though, as she closed her eyes passionately kissing this guy in front of her, who was being respectful though she wouldn’t mind a bit of hair being tugged. Either way, she was feeling weird again, something wasn’t right, her body felt weird, her mind felt weird and she was finally catching herself and images of Shannelle kissing Darryl flooded her head, her day at work, Robert Walking in, She taking his order and then her kissing him and then it all came rushing out of her as she moved Robert away. “Oh…wow…this was a mistake. Oh my…lovely…I messed it up…I messed it up”.
Cassie hysterically got off of Robert, combing her hair back with her hand as she covers her forehead and sits and the nearest chair she could find. What did she do, why did she do this, she wasn’t remembering much but she knew Darryl would hate her, even though she knew Darryl kissed Shannelle, he would hate her for kissing Robert, why would he hate her though, he didn’t care did he? Cassie was confused as she looked up at Robert completely confused and worried. “I…I am so sorry, I simply don’t know what came over me. I really can’t remember what happened. Oh....wow...lovely”. Cassie felt bad, she wasn’t sure what was going on but it was weird what went on.

Robert would be lying if he said he didn't enjoy the kiss. He was a guy being kissed by a gorgeous blond after all. One that was obviously hurt and looking for something to show someone cared about her. He didn't know who the hell this Darryl jerk was but if he saw him he'd have to keep from punching the guy's face in for hurting this girl.
When he felt her start to pull back he let go of her and gently pulled away, "Hey, Cassie its okay. I'm not going to yell at someone for kissing me." he said as he could sense she was distraught over what had happened. He shifted slightly and straightened his pose and shirt that she had yanked askew. No need to let her know that she'd definately sent his hormones into overdrive. He did his best to keep calm. Someone had to.
"Cassie, its okay. Its obvious you're going through something right now and I'm sorry for that. No one should have to be hurt like that. I'm not going to yell at you for doing a rebound kiss. Even if it wasn't for me I'd say whoever it was for is a damn fool for ignoring you and he'd be lucky if you were in his life." he straightened and looked at the menu on the table, "Lets not worry about it right now, okay? You look like you could use something else to focus on. Do you need me to grab you an ice water or something?" he offered, willing to grab a pitcher from the serving station for her if she needed it.

Cassie just couldn’t believe what she did, she knew she didn’t meant to and they guy was more than understanding, Cassie just didn’t know what came over her, one minute she was serving a costumer and next thing she knew she was on top of this guy kissing him. Something was up with her today but she had no idea what it could have been. She was in a bit of a panic, she felt guilt, horrible, sad and loads of emotions all together. She certainly wasn’t herself a few seconds ago. The lovely man asked her if she wanted water, but she didn’t she just wanted to get away.
“Oh…wow…that’s lovely but no I …I just need to go, I’m so sorry for this, I really don’t know what came over me. I apologize.” Cassie was trying to catch herself, fixing her hair, her skirt, her slightly unbuttoned blouse as she took her pad as she quickly addressed the customer. “I’m so sorry, I really need to go, uhm…another waitress will come take your order, I am so sorry. Bloody Hell….oh…wow…lovely…what is wrong with me” Cassie didn’t know what to do about the now awkward situation but she knew she just wanted to get away from it all.

Robert could sense the girl was feeling trapped and confused. This was in between the jumbled thoughts that he had to sort through. This poor girl was as much a train wreck as Anne was. Inwardly he sighed and wanted to just get back to his family and some sense of normalcy. He kept his features normal and didn't let Cassie know how much he was picking up from her. She was going to bolt and he couldn't blame her. "Its okay, Cassie. I hope things work out for you. I really do." he rose and put his hands in his pockets, "Stay safe." he said as he turned to walk out the way he came, "I still think you are a lovely person. I hope your friend thinks so too someday." he departed the way he came in with only the jingle of the bell signaling his exit. (OOC I think this would be a better ending than him trying to push her into confronting things. Makes it easier for the rest of the plot. )
